Used Every Day
Among the 20 odd Technique hard anodized skillets and saucepans I use routinely, this four quart has been used at least once a day since I bought it almost a year ago. I've subsequently bought another one in case I need to blanch two vegetables at the same time, or have two soups/pastas/sauces going for dinner. I'm thinking about buying a third one (just in case)! It's the perfect size for my needs. Oh, and if you've sworn off microwave popcorn with the recent "popcorn lung" scare, this pan is the solution: oil to cover the bottom (scant quarter cup), and a heaping half cup of popcorn; medium high heat, uncovered initially; shake or stir occasionally until the first kernel pops; cover, and shake occasionally until volume of popped corn is approximately two thirds of the pan; uncover (to let steam escape), and allow corn to finish popping. Perfect!

Terrific Pan
I purchased this pan to go with other Technique cookware that I own, this is a nice addition to that, it heats even and clean up is a breeze, little thinner than the other items that I have but overall very pleased,

LOVE IT!!!!
Bought this pan and one other to compliment a Technique set that I recently bought. Perfect! Love the spouts and the colander lid!! No more getting out my huge colander to drain my potatoes! So will take up less dishwasher space. I am sold on TECHNIQUE!
