Excellent so far!
I own an expensive set of German Kitchen knives, combined with some asian/japanese kitchen knives, plus some vintage Old Hickory Kitchen knives. In addition, I have a bunch of pocket knives. Needless to say I spend a lot of time sharpening knives.
I was looking for a knife sharpener that would give me hand honed results in much quicker time. This seems to fit the bill so far. I have just received the Chef's Choice 120 and used it a few times, still reading the manual and getting used to it.
So far, quiet operation, heavy construction, solid base and great results on my Euro/American knives.
I will continue to use this sharpener on my multitude of knives, and if anything changes, I will update in a review, so far it seems to be money well spent, hope i still feel that way after 6 months.

A GODSEND
I was hoping to receive this last christmas but alas when I opened the last gift it was not meant to be. I received the Anniversary e-mail and had to have it. My knife set is a Henkels about 10 years old. It came with a manual sharpener but I was never sure if I was using it right. ( not doing it correctly can actually DULL a knife).
I LOVE THIS THING!!! It sharpens all my knives. This model is equipped to even sharpen the asian knives. A great buy. A great product.
