Excellent product! Satisfied! I received this last week and is in love with it. I always needed a knife sharpener but it so happened that I was was watching "America's test kitchen" and this knife sharpener was recomended. I went on Chef's choice and looked it up and lo and behold it is sold on the Q. I ordered right away and got it at the right time since my knives were dull. On the site I was able to watch the video which was excellent. I will be returning for a hand held sharpener soon. 06-22-12
