Exquisite Far more beautiful up close than online or on TV. Very high quality turquoise and silver and the setting is just awesome. I cannot say enough nice things about it. 09-06-12

Huge Disappointment I returned this ring the same day I received it. The stone looked, felt and sounded like plastic. It was not set correctly causing the stone to be loose. The stone must be made of a composite material. I own alot of turquoise and this stone is not 100% natural as presented. The origin of the stone and/or whether it's a composite stone should be disclosed in the description of the item. I've been a long time customer of QVC but I'm getting tired of returning items that are not consistent with what is being shown on TV and on line. 08-30-12
