What's not to love???!!!
Got these in the melon and they are perfect! The first word that came to mind when I saw the color was "juicy" and I don't know if that's just in my own head or not but that's what I see. The color is way more vibrant than I expected (not sure why but I thought they'd be more of a peach color--I figured the picture was giving them more color than they'd really have) and I'm very pleased that they are a deeper color than peach. A true melon! They also have a nice silver weight to them--not at all flimsy. I personally have no problem with the wires being too thick for my ear--they're very comfy in my book. I do believe I'll now get the raspberry! Only wish it was "easy does it" day again!

Not the right color
Ordered the Raspberry and they look like the melon. I am really disappointed

Melon is divine!
Got these in Melon as this is a popular Spring/Summer color and they are great! Do not understand the other reviews re: the shepherds hook portion being too big and painful in the earlobe,. The earrings fit just fine and are very comfortable to wear, Coming back for another color, I think.

Ouch!
I purchased the silver pearls and they really are stunning. I would love to wear them, but every time I put them on I have to immediately take them out again. The hook really is too large. I didn't send them back in time though so they are sitting in my jewelry box. I wonder if I can become accustomed to the size by wearing them even though they hurt? I see teenagers with their gauges in their ears so it must be possible...?

beautiful but painful
I bought these earrings in the melon color several months ago. They are absolutely beautiful, but I just admire them in my jewelry box. They are simply too painful to wear. The wire is much too thick and my ears never adjusted to them. Now I read customer reviews first and I just don't buy the ones other people say are too painful. It's a real shame.

Great earring,but not in Rose !
Since I have these Honora coin pearl earrings in white,I thought why not get them in Rose . I absolutely love my white coin pearl earrings,but the Rose color had a brownish tinge to the color,so I will be returning them. Qvc did not include any paperwork or return labels with my purchase,so customer service is sending them to me,and then I will return the Rose coin pearl earrings. I found the white coin pearl earrings comfortable even though the ear wires were a little bit thicker than usual . These earrings were a gorgeous white with a beautiful lustre.

Georgous
I had been toying with coin pearls for earrings and finally ordered these. They are gorgeous. I cannot imagine why other reviewers thought the wire was too big. Mine are not. Just perfect, elegant, flattering, etc.
I bought the white pearls and may come back for more. They're very lovely and not heavy or too big.

Stunning Pearls in a unique colour
The closest thing to an "orange" pearl I've seen from Honora - I bought the melon shade and have been pleased.
I had my ears pierced in 1988 so my holes are by no means new; I agree the wires are thicker than usual but I didn't feel as though I was hurting myself putting them on or that they didn't fit.
Best suggestion I can make is this: if your piercing holes are still open enough to fit the original piercing stud through them, you'll be fine. If your holes have closed up a little bit over the years, you may have trouble. They are a gorgeous pair

They Hurt!
They are beautiful earrings, but I tried one on, it was too painful. The shepard's hooks are too big. Sad to say back they go...

Lovely
I ordered the melon and they are lovely earrings. Didn't have a problem with the wire, although it is thicker than most shepherd's hooks. I love almost anything Honora.
