A beauty of a necklace!
Just love this necklace. I had been admiring it for some time and had placed it in my Wish List...so after Christmas...this was a gift from me to me! It lays on my neck very nicely and does not flip over as one or 2 of the other reviews stated. And even if it did, both sides of the coin pearl are wrapped in wire so I think that just makes it look more fluid and natural . Colors in the black coin pearls are exquisite! A 10 star winner!

Exquisite!!!
I love unique-looking jewelry, and this necklace definitely fits the bill! It is absolutely exquisite, and it somehow manages to look at the same time very haute couture and artisan made. I have worn it to many different functions, and everywhere I go, people comment on it. This is not for traditional pearl lovers; this is for bold people.

Like a gallery piece
It looks handmade, like a one of a kind that you might find in a gallery. I love it because it has an edginess, hardness to it. Great with jeans and tees. Hard to justify the price to wear with casual attire, but I think it works better than dressy. It does work with a tailored business look but not so well with soft, feminine dresses.

Unique And Beautiful
I wore this necklace on a cruise last week. Everywhere I went, I was asked where I bought my necklace. Even while shopping in the best stores in Jamaica and Cozumel ,store clerks were asking me about my necklace. I paired it with HONORA black studs. This necklace is a winner!

I Just DIdn't Like
Sorry...I agree with a prior reviewer that I feel the pearls were overwhelmed by the silver wire wrapping. You could hardly see the pearls through the wire. When I saw the presentation, I wanted to get this piece because I had never purchased a private reserve Honora piece and just thought I wouldn't be disappointed in the luster of the pearls. I love pearls (my birthstone) and don't recall ever returning a Honora purchase. In fact, I have even given Honora pearls as gifts but this one I just didn't like and is on its way back. to QVC.

Very attractive necklace
I really like this necklace and just love wearing it around. The color of the pearls are very rich and have such a beautiful luster. I can not say a "five star" since it really does not lay flat around the neck but its still is great purchase.

LOVE IT!
I received this necklace as a Mother's Day gift this year and when I opened the box I was blown away by the luster of the pearls! I have a very petite neck and love that I can adjust the length of the necklace. I don't mind that the necklace doesn't sit "flat"; that's part of the beauty and charm of this piece! The color is rich and saturated and looks like something you would find at a fine boutique store. Although it is a higher priced item, it is well worth the price if you can afford it!

Disappointing
I wanted to love this necklace but that didn't happen. First, the necklace does not lay flat and it was not comfortable with the wire wrapping. The color of the pearls looked fake, overly colored; and the wire wrapping was poorly done. I am extremely picky and for $200 I expected more. You can get better deals on pearls. Just not worth the money. It went back

The clasp is easy, it's adjustable and pearls are gorgeous!
I knew it wouldn't stay flat when i bought it so that didn't bother me! ...this kind of unique necklace is worth every penny!

didn't need it but HAD to have it
I first saw this necklace on-line in the preview and it caught my eye but I wasn't sure about it, based just on the picture, so I waited. Then I'm out shopping in my local big box store, with my iPhone video app going (because I didn't want to miss a moment) and the presentation came up. I stopped in my tracks and immediately ordered it. I'm glad I did, but I have to say it's not perfection, but good enough for me to keep, and I have A LOT of Honora. Coin pearls are my favorite, and I love black (I always laugh when I hear Ralph describe them as "oil on water" because it's such a city thing to say - I totally get it because the first real-life rainbow I saw in my NYC youth is an oil slick in the gutter after it rained!) It's not perfect because: (1) it's true, the pearls sometimes flip a bit, but not enough to bother me, and they go back down; (2) I have trouble keeping the lobster claw open long and wide enough to get a link hooked; and (3) the pearls are quite lumpy, especially the ones on either end (they probably thought they could get away with putting the lesser-quality pearls at the end where they're not as easily seen.) Anyway, if you love pearls and Honora, you'll forgive these slight failings, as I did, because the necklace is just too unique for a true collector to pass up.

Absolutely Gorgeous
I feel in love with it on TV and was so happy i ordred it. When I received it I almost died. It is such a gorgeous piece; the colors, the quality, the stance, the weight. I am in love. I am so happy I made this choice. Needless to say, it's a keeper!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful pearls underneath
Dissapointing--the beautiful pearls are lost in the silver wrapping. The pearls move around so the necklace does not lay flat--it flips the pearls up rather than laying flat. The necklace is almost $200 after you add in S&H and tax--not a good value for me.
