BEAUTIFUL PENDANT
This stone is absolutely beautiful. The depth of the color is outstanding, the cut so pretty but the chain looks like a silver chain that's darkened. I know the stone is worth every penny of this item because I have one not near this large that cost near that several yrs ago. You don't see many 6.5 ct stones in Aquamarine - especially this pretty. I just couldn't justify spending more money for a chain worthy of this pendant so I am returning it. Had I read the length on this I would not have ordered it at all. 18" is too short for me to be comfortable so I will make the trip to the post office to return it.

True Aquamarine Blue!
I have been watching this pendant on line for quite a while. I was concerned about the color of the stone. It appears almost clear in the photo. In fact it is not clear, but a beautiful ocean water blue! The size of the stone is nice and the diamonds are clear, eye clean and white. The bonus for me is the white gold rope chain. It is substantial and on it's own would be very expensive. I can remove the pendant and use with other ones I have. It has a great lobster claw clasp. The necklace falls exactly on the neckline where I want it to. I know this is a costly item, but it is worth every dollar. I remember the Once in a Lifetime shows that can't be done anymore. This piece would have been in their lineup.

Pale, but beautiful
I need to say right up front that I am one of those people who prefer aquamarines that do not have a high degree of color saturation. That being said, this pendant is beautiful. Lovely cut and the daimonds complement the aqua, but do not overwhelm it. Would look equally at home for "ladies who lunch" or at a "cocktails at 5" event.
