Denim sapphires?
The sapphires have a lot of inclusions; on the plus side, I guess we know they are natural gemstones. My friend thought the stones were labradorite; there is a labradorite 14k station chain at about the same price point (J276852). The chain is decent, and the necklace is nicely balanced and hangs correctly. The stones do flip back and forth, which is normal for this style. It's a little pricey, and I'll have to think about whether I'll keep it.

Beautiful
I received this necklace yesterday and wore it today to a luncheon. I wore it with my diamond station necklace and it was so pretty. I knew what to expect from the stones because I watched the video and she described them as opaque. They are actually a beautiful soft blue and the size of the stones are large enough where they show up. I think it s a great buy, well made and would recommend it to anyone who likes station necklaces.

classic elegance!
Wow...... I've been looking for a necklace like this for a long time. The chain is not as "dainty" as I thought it would be. It's nice and solid and sturdy. I don't usually like spring-ring clasps, but it's a good idea on this chain because I can actually hook it to a link on the chain and adjust the length. In fact, I bought two of these so that I can layer them. The stones are set securely within the gold. Although they are the lightest, milkiest sapphires that I've ever seen, it in no way takes away from the beauty of the piece. I'm so glad that I bought this!

LOVE THE CHAIN--HATE THE REALITY
Bought this from the gold rush as a present to myself for a special birthday. What a disappointment!!! Love the concept, but the reality is these are poor, poor sapphires (if they are sapphires at all). They are NOT what I have seen as sapphires--they're muddy--not clear at all. This was advertised as "all the rage in Europe"--maybe you should get your next shipment from there. Please do this chain again--only with decent stones!!
