Bought both colors
I bought these earrings in both colors. The red is a definite YES but the blue....not so much. There's nothing wrong with the earrings themselves; I think the shape and the weight, the workmanship and value are just right. The red one is a cornelian shade and I like that because I don't usually wear red; bright red or apple red don't look good on me, but this shade does.
However, the lapis is much too dark; in some light it looks black. If a black earring is what you want that's ok but this one is supposed to look BLUE, and it doesn't.
If you want a dark blue earring, this is the right pair to get, but it you want the blue to look like blue, look for something else. And if you want a bright, pretty, but not screaming shade of red, you'll really like these.

Suarti doesn't disappoint
I love Suarti's collection. These earrings are very pretty. This is my first piece of lapis ever. The color of the stones are very nice and the silver work is beautiful as always with her jewelery. The weight is also very good on the ears. These are a keeper.

Dull lapis stone
I'm returning this pair of lapis earrings, somewhat reluctantly because I often like Suarti's creative and intricate pieces. I have a couple of other, smaller pairs of lapis & sterling earrings, each in a slightly different shade of blue but both much more polished & shiny in finish. The lapis centerpiece stones in these are quite dull and without much interesting matrix. The surrounding silver setting is nice, & maybe the carnelian is more attractive.

Flirty, Feminine & Fun All Rolled Into One!
I love the movement & design of these earrings. They are extremely comfortable. They have a good weight to them but they are not heavy. I bought them in the lapis. They are SO denim friendly. I am SERIOUSLY considering ordering the other color even though other reviewers say they are more of an orange than red. I think it would be a beautiful pop of color and could be worn with green, blue, etc. not just orange. I am amazed by the beautiful workmanship of these earrings, especially for the price. Just wearing them makes me feel flirty, feminine & fun. I would LOVE to see more gemstones in these - maybe something pink, green or purple.

Not as I pictured
Bought both colors to give as birthday gifts but the red one is definitely not red - more like a coral color and the design looked too youthful in real-time for the recipient. Bought this line of jewelry before and was never disappointed, but these earrings are not as I pictured them. Had to rush out the day before the birthday and purchase something from Brighton. Back they go.....

Just Darling
I loved these earrings the minute I saw them!!! I got them in blue and they are so cute
with levis. Perfect size and so well made. The workmanship is beautiful.

Beautiful pair of earrings
I always wanted a pair of Suarti's earrings and I must admit these are just lovely. I love all the detailed work that went into these, even my husband agreed. I purchased them for Valentine's day, but it turned out the carnelian stone is orange rather than red. When the light shines through the stone, it just glows orange. My husband said I will just have to find something orange to wear them with. I agree! They are too pretty to return.
