Cheaply made product. This bracelet is horrible! Chose this bracelet as a replacement for an Eterna Gold bracelet I purchased 2 years ago. The first bracelet broke and frayed and caught on my clothes too. Spent 1 1/2 years and $60 in shipping and handling costs to repair this bracelet. After 5 unsuccessful tires to fix it (luckily it broke at home and found bracelet) and many, many months of waiting I was told I could order a new bracelet that was comparable to the old one. I did, ordered this bracelet. I had it less than 2 weeks now, and noticed it was frayed in 3 places and catching on my clothes!! I could not believe it, again and in such a short time??! This is very poor quality and I am so unhappy with this QVC vendor. I have had other Eterna Gold products mostly earrings,necklaces and rings. I am so disgusted with the whole ordeal at Tamarck Florida who suppossidly repaired my first bracelet 5 times and could never get it right! They have cheapened their product, and raised prices to boot!!!! I will never ever by another Eterna Gold product again,This new broken, less than 2 week old bracelet is now in my scrap jewelry box!!!!!!! 12-16-12

Horrible buy My daughter bought this bracelet for me for Christmas last year and the year before a serpentine EternaGold bracelet. This bracelet frayed at the clasp and it kept catching on and snagging my clothes, thankfully the day it broke I was at home and saw it on the floor in the living room. EternaGold is supposed to be durable won't scratch, dent, etc. Well the other bracelet I got to wear 2 times before it got a dent and it started to catch on clothing. I didn't have the heart to tell my daughter that both bracelets were defective. Finally after the two setting in the boxes for some time I called QVC who gave me the phone number for EternaGold/Aurafin. I called had to leave a message but received a return call within an hour. I was told to send both back to EternaGold with a check for $6.95 each and it would take at least 6 weeks before they determined if they would either "repair" or replace the bracelets (there is no guarantee that they will take care of the defective items at all, I just might be out 2 worthless bracelets and my daughter out hundreds of dollars!!!!). I took them to the jeweler and he said because it was such cheap metal he would not touch them!!!! So EternaGold you have lost at least 2 customers (my daughter & me) and all our friends who shop QVC!!!! 10-15-12
