This diamond and ruby bracelet was designed by Tiffany & Co. during the Art Deco era. The platinum bracelet has four rectangular panels set with round and square-cut diamonds, totaling approximately 13.50 carats, and is accented with French-cut rubies totaling approximately 11 carats. The Art Deco Period (1920 - 1935) produced dazzling jewelry that was dramatically different from the jewelry of the previous periods, shifting from soft colors and flowing sinuous lines of the earlier Art Nouveau and Edwardian eras to bolder, brighter colors and straight lines. New geometric cuts for gems complemented the symmetry and streamlined look of Art Deco jewelry.

Do you love sparkle? Not just a little twinkle, but the take-your-breath-away kind of sparkle? This exquisite bracelet embraces everything your inner goddess could want, from the rectangular panels set with three rows of round, simulated diamonds to the two alternating rows of straight baguette simulated rubies. And if that's not enough, the breaks glisten with clear, baguette simulated diamonds.

7-1/4"L or 8"L.

Pink sapphires not rubies Don't buy if you only want deep red rubies, otherwise it is gorgeous. Tricky clasp, but I figured it out. 12-15-12
Beautiful! Would Like Easy Pay! This is truly a beautiful bracelet! Very believable! I wish it would be put back on Easy Pay for gift purchases & Christmas Gifts. 09-14-12
Elegance at its best! I had yearned for this bracelet for quite some time and then when QVC offered a day of multiple easy pays on every item in their store I jumped at the chance to order this bracelet and am very happy that I did. It is very elegant looking and nothing about it gives away the fact that it is not genuine in any way. Great purchase and I recommend wearing it not only for special ocassions but for work as well. Don't hide your jewelry -- wear it! 07-27-12
Pretty Bracelet I received this bracelet for Christmas from my husband and it is very pretty. I would say that I would give it 5 stars if the "rubies" had been a bit deeper in color. The overall bracelet is very pretty and the quality seems good but I was a little disappointed in the color of the simulated rubies. they are more of a dark pink than red, at least in my bracelet. But the style and overall appearance of the bracelet is quite art deco and I am sure it will get alot of compliments when I wear it . Overall I am pleased with it and will definitely keep it!! 01-07-12
beautifully done this bracelet is fabulous. Yes, my larger rubies are darker, but they are larger and color increases with gem size. Clasp is a bit hard to release but I have a very small wrist so I can just slide it on. This piece can stand up next to my real bracelets and hold its own perfectly. 12-30-11
Very Disappointed I returned it, I was very disappointed in the color when I received it. It was described as a ruby (red) color on the tv special and the website, but it is clearly a darker pink, which is fine if it was described as that. Therefore, I wouldn't have ordered it. I had also found the latch to take bracelet off a little tricky. Other than that it is very nice. 12-15-11
Poorly Made!! The bracelet is SO poorly made that it won't open/close properly. It is going back since it won't open after I tried on a couple of times. Smithsonian/QVC should not have their names attached to jewelry of such poor quality. 12-13-11
Can't get it off I love the look, sparkle and design of the bracelet but I can't take it off. The clasp is not user friendly. I don't know if mine is defective but i'll return it and try a different one. Wish me luck! 12-10-11
Believable and Beautiful I was a little apprehensive about buying a bracelet labeled 'silvertone' and 'simulated', but honestly the sparkle and weight are impressive. The stones have a pink tinge to them, which makes them appear as realistic rubies. I have a small wrist, so I ordered the 7.25 size. It's a little big for me, but I figure this extra room will allow the bracelet to peak underneathe holiday sweaters. The first time I wore it I rec'd compliments on how beautiful it was. Real art deco pieces run for $20,000 - $50,000, so it's nice to be able to purchase a replicate for much less. Given the quality of the design, I believe using real stones for the ruby or silver for the metal would have substantially increased the cost of this bracelet. 12-10-11
Great bracelet So glad I got it This is a beautiful bracelet. The only minor thing is that the clasp is different than one I've seen before. I would have appreciated a different clasp. This one does not want to release with out pressing very hard. Yes I don't want to lose it but not able to get it off is another story. The rubys are toward the pink and not a red as in Indian Rubys. I have a strand for real Red rubys and they are blood red. I would have given it 4.5 stars but that wasn't the selection. I can't wait to get the other piece that I ordered from this show. 12-09-11
Breathtaking! It absolutely looks like the real thing! It is so beautiful! I absolutely love it! Thank you QVC and the Smithsonian! 12-08-11
At first glance.... ....I thought what a pretty bracelet and it looks so real; and then I noticed two of the "gemstones" were missing. I guess that's what brought me back to reality....couldn't wait to receive it; now can't wait to return it. 12-08-11
