BLUE MORPHO!!!!
This butterfly brooch is another lovely hit by JR! The size, color, and workmanship is "top" notch! I will enjoy it with all of my clothing choices...casual or dressy. I ditto all the previous reviews for having pointed out it's beauty, already.

Exquisite Depiction
This beautiful work of art is more than just a brooch; it's probably Joan's best piece by far. She has reached the pinnacle with this Morpho Butterfly. It's very realistic looking. The workmanship is so detailed, that you really have to see it in person to appreciate the subtle variations of color to the stones, and the dimension of the wings and body. It simply doesn't get any better than this. Joan, you deserve some kind of award for this one. Brava!

Heirloom Piece: 10 stars **********
My mom is wearing this today on St. Patrick's Day with Joan's Parisian suit in green. She is the hit of the day getting complements! I bought this for her with the hummingbird pin and both pins are destined to become heirloom pieces for future generations. Gorgeous pin! I am becoming a collector of Joan's pins!

Perfection
I have been buying Joan's pins for about the last two years and received this one yesterday in the mail. I am wearing it to pin right under my bustline on a royal blue evening dress I am wearing on my wedding day to go out to dinner in. It looked stunning on the dress, as if it were made for the dress. I can also imagine it on many of my overcoats, scarves and sweaters. You really out did yourself with this one, Joan. Kudos!

A Work of Art
This butterfly reminds me of something I've seen in a museum or a high end auction house. The colors are magnificent and the size of each crystal allows it to shimmer in the sunlight. I 'm sorry that I didn't buy two, one to wear and one to admire on my coffee table.
This is a signature piece of jewelry.

Breathtakingly Beautiful
This butterfly is so beautiful in person. The colors are magnificient. Unfortunatley, it was a tad too large for my taste. Joan, PLEASE make more butterfly pins in smaller sizes. Wish this would have worked for me.
