Gorgeous!!!
I just love it!!! Maybe it's not for everyone but it certainly is for me! I love every millimeter about it other than the extender chain in the back which I easily clipped off with wire cutters. I was concerned from the other reviews that the chain would be too thin but it is really perfect. The millimeter chain this is makes it very wearable and a perfect everyday piece of jewelry. I am still going to take care of it like I take care of all my beautiful nice pieces but I know I will be able to wear it in the hot hot months of summer as the chain is not too heavy and additionally it will be nice to layer with other bold chains and pearls and leather corded necklaces. The diamonds are very sparkly and I feel the pave work is top notch. By no means are they D flawless diamonds but you don't micro-pave with D flawless anyway. I feel like it was a wonderful opportunity buy and I am super thrilled I got one of the last ones as I have been drooling over this piece for about a year since it came out. I hope this review reaches the buyers and just want to thank everyone who brought it to QVC. I bought it in remembrance of my Aunt and Grandmother who both passed away and were both nurses which lead me to becoming a nurse as well. I hold it and touch it and look at all the time. Thank you again. I will be enjoying this for many many years to come.

Shines like million bucks!!
This nice pendant shines like a million bucks but I did not have to pay a million for it. I love it! Too bad this was on clearance cause Affinity has a winner with this one. Hope it comes back for others to enjoy! Thanks Affinity & QVC.

Totally Worth the Money!!!!
I am very impressed with this beautiful necklace. I have a two carat diamond pave ring and it doesn't shine as beautifully as this does. I recommend it to anyone, at any age. You have to see it to believe it. It shines without lights on it and when you consider it's 3/4 of a carat, it is totally worth the money. Just beautiful.

Not worth the money
I purchased this for my daughters 30th birthday. I was so excited,because it looked so good on the picture,the diamonds were good size and the detaile was very visiable on the picture. I can not tell u my dissapointment when I opened the box. The diamonds are not big enough to be noticeable at all,no way this is worth what it is on sale for,they do not shine at all !!

But gave it 4 stars as I agree with another reviewer about the chain, the little locket is beautiful and sparkles nicely..I don't know why the makers of Affinity put this on such a cheap looking chain BUT nevertheless Iam keeping it b/c I can always go to Zales and switch out the chain and use this one with something else. Its a keeper. :-)

AWESOME HEART PENDANT!
I was happily surprised when I received the pendant how beautiful it was. It is a substantial size and the diamonds sparkle nicely. I have seen some negative feedbacks on this pendant and I think it is only because the customer does not understand what pave diamonds look like. This by no means is meant for a child like a customer wrote. I feel the size is perfect and substantial. The heart is puffy and the back is just as lovely as the front. I did, however, change the chain to a 16" since that is my preference but the chain is also substantial with a lobster claw clasp. If you love hearts and pave style diamonds you will be pleased. Affinity Diamonds, Thank you for a wonderful product and price.....

sparkles and shines
i do not understand the negative reviews on this piece! it is gorgeous, simple and dainty. i wouldn't call this small, i am 5'11' and it is not lost on me at all. it is a beautiful charm, the necklace they give you is quite nice as well, sturdy. i've worn this piece casual and dressy, it is my favorite piece from affinity. definitely get this, knowing it is real diamonds for the price, well worth it. WORST CASE, send it back for a credit to use on something else.

Disappointed
I bought this heart and Key Pendant , cause I thought it looked pretty , but when received it had no sparkle , chain looks cheap and for the money I paid for it , I feel I did not get a good deal ..

SMALL
The heart is so very small it looks more suitable for a child or teen and they are set in sterling not gold so I can't believe that they originally sold for over $400.
I do however disagree with others who complained about milkiness of the diamonds as they are brilliant and sparkly. They surly did not view them in the light of day or under bright lights. But, atlas I'm undecided whether to keep it or not as I don't usually wear anything this small. It's about the size of a nickle.

Bought this in the white on clearance and feel it is a great value. Like most, I'm not crazy about the quality of the chain/clasp, but the heart
