A Note About the Design

As Priscilla Presley has mentioned before, Elvis gifted her with many crosses over the years. She loved how the enamel rings turned out in her last collection, so she created an enamel-style cross based on one of those 'peace-style' crosses that he gave her during the '60s. It was gold and she had diamonds placed on it to make it more elaborate — her own interpretation. And there are even more interpretations. The '60s were a time of unrest and political grievances — the war, the civil rights movement. The cross that he gave Priscilla symbolizes this time so vividly, but it was also a time of love. The hippie movement had begun, and it was so obvious that the world was in need of love.

stunning I have now purchased two of these necklaces. Both as gifts, and will come back to get another for myself!! I must say, i was pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent. This is a very nice piece of jewelry. It looks like you spent more money than you did. I wish that it was actually sterling silver, however, it looks like it. I am confused as to why most of Priscillas pieces are on clearance? I do not believe these pieces have been around all that long. I just bought many of her other items as well... all of superb quality!!! 04-09-12

Stunning necklace!! This was my fourth Priscilla Presley Jewelry item and it is strikingly beautiful! Very nice weight to it and it goes so well with two of her cross rings, These pieces are so unusual and yet so affordable. I will be anxiously awaiting any future designs. I also like how the cross can be slid off and put onto a much longer chain easily. It is such a nice size cross it also looks fabulous on a very long chain. 12-30-11

Beautiful and feminine This is the first cross pendant I have ever purchased which says a lot for Priscilla's design. I purchased it and the matching ring because I was drawn to the beautiful white enamel and gold look and the sentiment of unity that inspired her. I am so impressed with the quality and workmanship of both pieces, especially at this price point. The size and feel of the cross is just right and is very pretty. I just think she did everything right with this necklace and feel it is more of a beautiful design piece than a religious piece which suits me fine. 09-21-11

I didn.t expect so much for the price I ordered the cross in black enamel to go with the black enamel maltese cross ring (which I love) I am shocked at how much beauty and sturdy quality you at QVC can bring to us.
