I ordered this necklace in both the blue and the neutral (brown). The brown had kind of yellow stones instead of a nice gold. The blue necklace was not a nice blue. So I returned both of them. As I stated the design is beautiful and Joan Rivers really has excellent taste in fashion jewelry. I buy a LOT of her items but I really thought long and hard on whether to return them. But if you're not 100% in love with the item(s) you purchased, then eventually they will sit in your jewelry box and never be worn.
I'm still inviting you to try this necklace. Maybe you won't be as finicky as I am. And it is a pretty design.

Too yellow for my tastes...
I loved the idea of this, but for me, the gold was too yellow for me.

Gorgeous
I almost didn't get this necklace after reading the other reviews, but I am so glad that I did.
My necklace, in the neutral tones, is stunning. Once more, Joan has outdone herself. I have so much confidence in Joan Rivers as a designer that, if I had megabucks, I would buy everything she has ever made.
Every time I wear one of Joan's pieces I receive compliments. Strangers come up to me on the street and tell me how much they love my jewelry.
Thanks, Joan. Because of you, the "real" stuff is put away. If the things I have purchased from you were real gold, silver and gemstones, I would have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars, and the pieces would not be any prettier.

Incredible necklace!!
I order TONS of jewelry from QVC, but this is my first Joan Rivers necklace. My only concern in ordering it was that I'm petite and was wondering if it would overwhelm me. Of course, it didn't turn out to be the case at all!. I was so delighted when it arrived! It is gorgeous, gorgeous, GORGEOUS. I have worn it on three separate occasions and trust me when I tell you that I can hardly count the compliments I've received. Co-workers, women on the street, and even men approach me to tell me how much they love my necklace....and of course, I let everyone know it's Joan River's. Way to go Joan! I love QVC!

PRETTY BUT PIECES
I WAITED ANXIOUSLY FOR THIS NECKLACE TO ARRIVE, ENVISIONED ALL DIFFERENT OUTFITS I COULD USE IT WITH. THOUGHT THE COLOR BLUE WAS BEAUTIFUL, BUT THAT'S AS FAR AS IT GOES.....IT CAME IN AT LEAST THREE PIECES, GUESS IT HAD FALLEN APART SOMEHOW..........SOOOO...BACK IT GOES.

An "O Ring" situation
This necklace is very nice but I opened the package and the stone at the bottom of the V was laying loose in the packaging along with the "O ring" that wasn't closed. In fact, it was gaping open. How does this get past quality control? And shouldn't these rings be completely closed by some process? This has been a problem before with Joan's jewelry, and it's very disappointing.
