liked the look, but not the color of the fire opal
I bought this ring a while back, and returned it due to the color and cloudyness of the fire opals. I suppose I should have expected it, but was hopeful because on the presentation the colors seemed so vivid, and much redder. I did like the look and the feel of the ring. I would buy it again if some brighter, clearer stone replaced the fire opals. (I was happy with the chrome diopside.) Even bright red and green diamonique!

Not Happy with Ring
Usually I really like the jewelry I purchase from QVC, but this is an exception! I definitely agree with the others who have said the ring looked red on TV and the computer. I remember the hosts saying it would be great for the holidays because it is green and red. That is why I bought it because I thought that it would be very nice for Christmas. I was so surprised to see that it is orange and green. This is not at all what I thought I was getting and also I think that it looks like a cheap ring. I am very disappointed with this ring and it has already been returned. I did not even want to wear it.

Unhappy with color
Like some of the other reviews, I was disappointed with the color. The examples on TV and the internet are a beautiful dark orange. Mine is a very light orange. I wish QVC would show the variations of colors that you may get when you order this ring.
At least we should get a choice of the dark or the light orange.
This is the first time I have been disappointed with what has been represented.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!
It took me only a few seconds upon opening my package yesterday to know this ring was not for me. Color-wise, it was too pale and insipid, and was gaudy. There is no way I would recommend it or give it as a gift. Sorry. So, back it goes today.

Love This Ring
So pretty and unusual!! It is very orange, not red at all and I really like it. Not at all what I usually think of as fire opals.

One beautiful, other not so.
My first ring was and is so beautiful. Lost one of the CHROME stones, was to late to return it. I ordered another ring , the OPALs were cloudy, not as pretty as the first ring. I still love this ring. With any real stone, all are not equal. This ring is worth the price, just the luck of the draw.

I HAVE BEEN WANTING THIS RING FOR A LONG TIME FINALLY DECIDED TO GET IT ON THE EASY PAY AND THEN ONE EARLY MORNING ES TIME I WOKE UP AND SAW THAT IT WAS ON CLEARENCE I REORDERD FOR THAT PRICE WHAT A DEAL I GOT WHEN THE RING ARRIVED I WAS BLOWN AWAY ,SUPRISED, AND OVER ALL VERY HAPPY LOOKED GOOD TV BUT IN PERSON WOW!!!!!!!!!!! GLAD I FINALLY GOT THE RING THANK YOU QVC FOR HAVING THIS RING TO SELL ANN

looked 100 times better on tv
What a surprise when I opened this ring. I wondered if I received the wrong product. The ring on tv looked brillant red, like a flower with green leaves. The ring in person is orange with clear, cloudy stones that look fake. I was so disappointed. Of course it's going right back.

Summer Bright
Received my ring today and it is so summer fun looking with bright opals as flowers. I expected it a bit redder, but, fire orange makes a beautiful additon for summer. the chrome diposide brings out the brilliance of the opal; peachy colors are a compliment to it.

Beautiful
I read the other reviews but have no problem with the one I received. The colors are georgeous together and the ring is very comfortable. Love it.

Kinda' Disappointed...
This ring looks so beautiful and rich in color online/TV but in person doesn't live up to its image. The color of the fire opal is a lot less rich than as shown. The quality of the silver is a disappointment too. The band is very thin. I will probably end up keeping the ring as this is my only fire opal, but I have to say it wasn't worth the price.
