Not for costume jewelry
I bought this because I wanted to organize all my jewelry. Most of my jewelry is costume & this cabinet does not work well for costume jewelry. The cabinet door does not close completely. Lots of room for rings & earrings, however if u have a lot of bracelets or watches (6 or more) u will not hve enough space. It's a good looking cabinet but don't purchase if u hve more costume jewelry than silver & gold jewelry. I

Way better than expected!
I had a pretty large jewelry box which was full. Everything new got stuck in boxes in the drawer. I never knew what I had. When I put all the jewelry in I found pieces that I didn't even know I had! I can't believe I had that much to fill the whole thing. Now its very easy to see everything (and curb my spending as I can mix & match better). I've already recommended it to several friends. They couldn't believe it!!

Horrible quality
The mirror on my piece arrived broken. I realize things happen in shipment so if that were the only concern, I'd have certainly asked for a replacement. However, even from my very first glimpse of the top from the box opening, there was an enormous crack in the wood that bore shoddy attempts as camouflaging. Upon further inspection, there were many other pronounced blemishes and defects. I am too afraid I'd be replacing bad quality for bad quality to reorder. I purchased another Lori Greiner product that was a good idea like this..that I truly needed, but also poorly made. She's completely lost my trust at this point. No more of her products for me. I would gladly spend more for better quality. I'm sad. I really needed something like this.
Repacking something this big and fragile is a pain. I'll stick to small packages like jewelry for my QVC purchases unless I know for sure the product is quality. This said, QVC customer service made this return as painless as they could. They really are great!

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I am retired, and purchased the gold and silver safekeeper (along with several other jewelry boxes) to store the jewelry that I wear on special occassions. As the box is only opened on those occasions, imagine my surprise when I opened it today and found much of my jewelry has turned and I will need to spend several hours cleaning it! I am so disappointed as the reason for the purchase was to keep my jewelry from turning. All of the jewelry was clean when placed in the box, many of the rings never worn! This was a waste of money! I now need to clean many of the pieces and to top it all off, I could have selected a much prettier box for jewelry storage if I need to clean each piece prior to wearing! I do want to stress that I am very careful when closing the box making sure to turn the key and check to door to be certain it is closed and locked and will not open.

Perfect Storage Solution
I should have ordered this sooner. I have an aromoire with drawers but I had trouble finding what I was looking and the necklaces were getting tangled and the little conmpartments for earrings were no help. I think this holds a hungred pairs of earrings in plain sight. Now after I get dressed, I open my armoire and pick out the pieces that go with my outfit. Then I close the door and check out the complete look in the full mirror.

Just what I wanted
It is lovely and looks great in the spot I wanted it. The only thing about it is that it's stability is not as good as I had hoped. If it wasn't sitting in a corner where it isn't going to be bumped, I am afraid it would get knocked over easily.
Even with the stability problem I am enjoying it very mucy.

Very Nice - Glad I purchased it!
I got mine today and it was easy to assemble. It didn't have any bugs or smell of mildew. The lock works and it's very elegant. Thanks Lori for another great product!

I love this mirrored jewelry cabinet!!
This was so easy to put together and I was very impressed with how well made it was. It was awesome to see all my jewelry at a glance to pick out what I wanted to wear that day without having to dig through drawers or untangle necklaces. There is ample room for necklaces and rings. I could only put bracelets that didn't hold a round shape like bangles because the door wouldn't shut. When I walk into my room you would never know all that jewelry is behind that mirror securely locked up. I am very please with my purchase from QVC, it is a quality product.

Very Nice Ardmoir
I received mine today without any bugs, chips on the mirror as stated in some of the other reviews. After reading the negative reviews I was Leary about ordering. But I am so glad I did. This ardmoir is so classy and well made. Everything works! Thumbs up to Lori for another great organizer.

Just got my second one!
I've had the white one for a couple of years now, and it has kept my silver jewelry tarnish-free! So, these work great. I had so many necklaces crammed on the hooks, that I eventually had to go back and buy another cabinet (Cherry this time). Both of mine arrived fine (not broken), and they didn't take my hubby long to set up. LOVE it!

Very Dissapointed With This Product
I was so disappointed with this product. I checked out similar store models and chose this one because it was a better value. Big mistake. Huge! 1) The design of this model makes it wobbly. Even when it's empty. Every time you open the door, the whole thing tilts forward. I don't mean a small tilt. I mean a huge tilt where if you don't catch it, the whole unit falls! 2) The cherry finish is poor. It's a bright red color, not a realistic cherry wood color. Also, the wood grain I got varies greatly. It's all very poor. 3) The leg on mine had a 3 inch long sliver of wood missing. Of course we didn't notice that until we put it all together. 4) The inside is of course brilliantly laid out, which is one of the reasons I was so excited about the product. But it's all a little wobbly and cheap feeling. 5) And finally, the lock and key doesn't work. I know this really should matter and it's not really a security cabinet, but it was fun for me to have a big skeleton key like that. And it doesn't work at all and I can't imagine how it was ever made to.
Overall, I would not buy again, would not recommend, and if it weren't such a hassle to remove my jewelry, take apart, repackage and ship back this cabinet - I would not even keep it.

Awesome
I bought this for my teenage daughter for her birthday and she loves it. It came quickly and in wonderful condition. It looks great in the corner of her room.
