Best ever! I bought the 12,000 btu through the wall ac. Just wanted to let you know that I totally recommend Keystone. I took a giant leap of faith when I bought it (no customer reviews but I did find some on line) and agonized over buying online. I am so glad I did, QVC made it easy with payments, delivery was within 3 days and it works perfect. So, if you are wondering about Keystone, I say go for it. You won't be disappointed. 05-31-12

So Far So Good! I just got the air conditioner last Wednesday and was able to use it yesterday. It works great! It cooled off my kitchen and living room in no time. I really like the auto setting especially on days when you are not sure what the weather will do! The only thing I did not like is that I could not figure out how to put the accordian panels on and the instructions provided by Keystone are useless. The pictures are dark and blurry but once I had someone come over to show me, the rest of it is perfect! 05-21-12
