Love the concept
These soap dispenser are great. One of mine did not work so I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement. I have the two dispenser for about a month and they are working fine. I gave a 3 star because the item had to be replaced.

Disappointed
To finish my review;
After 6 weeks, one of the units stopped working. Assuming the batteries were dead I put in new batteries. Still would not work.
I then tried 4 more new batteries, and the light finally came on. I could set it for one, two, or the third setting ok. The light would go on and off like it used to, but no soap would come out. So, with the dripping, leaking, etc. yuck!

I rec'd set with one dispenser not working. I called Itouchless and they immediately shipped a replacement to me; their customer service was very good. Both dispensers are now working in each bathroom without problem. The only thing I do not like is their shape. I wish they had a better appearance on the sink counter; based on appearance, I would advise a friend on this but would comment on its working very effectively. Therefore, if they were just looking for a dispenser to work and didn't care about appearance, I would advise to purchase.
