So happy to have this mattress!
My husband and I were both suffering from back issues. Lol, we were crippled almost all day from our former mattress. Thank goodness we finally broke down and got this mattress. It cost 1/3 of the price of our last mattress which we only had for a year and a half. Now we sleep in comfort, without rolling into each other. And we can now walk straight up without being crouched over. The back pain is now almost nonexistent!

Great Value and Comfort
I purchased this full bed and heavy duty frame from QVC. Delivery took about 2 weeks from the time I placed the order. The company that delivered it was very punctual and they call ahead of delivery, which is great. This mattress is SOOO comfortable and it doesn't make any noise. Finally, the easy-pay is phenomenal! Love it!!

We bought this set last may for my youngest daughter and it is still just as comfortable. Quick set up delivered 10 days after ordering.

Awesome Bed
I purchased a store brand bed 4 years ago a few months ago it just had it. I was looking for a new bed and came to Qvc as I do for alot of my other products and I was amazed my first night on it. Its feels like there is a layer of memory foam on top of the bed. It is so sturdy and comfy. There is a big difference between a store brand bed and a name brand bed. It is worth the money and a bed is in long term investment as well. The easy pay here on Qvc is really helpful.. :D

Best 1st Bed
My husband and I bought this bed for my Mother who is living with us. She has many medical issues and we wanted her to be comfortable. It took forever to get it but the bed has been amazing! My Mom is very comfortable and it is the first new bed she has ever had!

My back thanks me for this purchase!!
I had wondered if the futon I was sleeping on was causing me such back problems and when my sister and I stayed at a Ramada Inn I woke up and told her, if I have to sleep on a bed like this I might have to like it. We then peeled back the sheets and covers to see what kind of bed it was. I immediately ordered one as soon as I got home. QVC kept me up to date with great customer service and I got my set a month sooner than the projected date when I gave my card info and 3 days sooner even than the time they thought it would be here with great delivery drivers that were also very nice. My back thanks me for this purchase and I thank Serta and QVC for my ability to have it!!! Thank you so much.

My sister sent me mattress set and I love it...I sleep so well on this, can't believe I slept on the old one as long as I did.
Qvc was very helpful on getting the phone to me, but it was the delivery service that was a mess,I wasn't going to be home due to a doctor appointment when the delivery date was first told to me and I asked that they deliver it any day the following week they wanted to charge Qvc for a change in the date, I called Qvc and they took care of it for me, the delivery service said they would delivery it before noon to which they didn't, I waited all morning and told them the dirctions the delivery said if I was here in 10 minates they were not going to delivery it, I was home the whole time, then the 2 men were rude.
Qvc took care of that to. But through all that I love the bed!!!!!!!

p.s. one bad seed does not have to spoil the bunch! Just toss it out. :)

Serta Sleeptime!
My brother-in-law used to work for Serta and had always recommended their products. I finally broke down and got one! Delivery was done within 10 minutes---and I appreciated the fact the driver called me within 30 minutes of arriving, so I could skip over on my lunch break rather than waiting half the day!!
The mattress is very comfortable and I am pleased with my purchase.

Horrible
I just got this mattress and can't wait to send it back. You get what you pay for. I bought this, against my better judgement, based on all the positive reviews. I don't know what the other reviewers have been sleeping on prior to getting this inferior mattress but it is not even worth the puny price. I'm extremely disappointed. It is not plush, and it bounces when you move. I can feel the springs. This is flea bag hotel equipment.
