Very Pleased with Purchase
I was relutant to order this topper due to reviews; however, I'm glad I did. The topper fits over our queen mattress like a glove. We've experienced no slippage or crinkle sounds others have commented on. It actually does smooth out the top of our mattress and provides a great sleep experience. I agree, the lumps are there; however, the suppleness and comfort this topper provides far outweighs that. Our standard queen fitted sheets fit over top without issue. Our comforter covers any "lumps". Even my picky husband likes the topper. I haven't washed it yet - I don't expect it to be a problem though. Gentle cycle, warm water...should be just fine. Thank you for a great product and a greater night's sleep!

expected better
I have to agree with most of the reviews and say this purchase was a bad one! I ordered 2 and now have to pay to return 2. Made our beds lumpy and slid around. I would recommend skipping on this until they can make it better.

Worst QVC Purchase
I put this on my bed and it was lumpy. Made the bed look sloppy. I did a lot of sweating so I put it in the washer and it fell apart. The insides were all over my washer. I had quite a time cleaning all the fuzzies out of my washer. I've washed my other queen mattress pad dozens of times and never had any issues. Poorly represented. Huge disappointment. I rely on QVC to sell only quality products.....this mattress pad failed miserably.

Worst Purchase Ever!!!!
After shopping QVC for 10 years this is my first review I felt impelled to post. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have a double cushion top and bottom mattress and this topper was huge, bulky, crunched up in spots and flat in other spots... No way could I put a sheet on top and have it look like a bed I would want to sleep in!!! Would never be able to wash it in my large capacity washer. Too late for me to return so I just threw away $100...literally!!! DO NOT PURCHASE .. Find another mattress pad and save yourself aggregation boxing up and returning this one.

Worst purchase EVER!
Worst purchase ever made, waste of my hard earned money. The presintation said if it gets soiled just throw it in the washer, who's Washer? Nothing is big enough. Took it to the Laundry Matt and was turned away because it was TOO BBIIGG!!! I am stuck with this waste of money because I bought it for a childs bed to protect the mattress, in case of an acccident, Just like the presintation suggested, and have no way to clean it. Very Upset.

lousy
everything you read about this pad on being horrible is true,its way oversized,crinkly,etc. etc,i decided to keep it for one reason only,the hassle & cost to return. i put it on the bottom of my matteress and put the old matteress pad on top,thank goodness the newer sheets today are bigger,otherwise the pads would be too thick foe any other sheets. i am so tired of buying from tv justo find out what is said on tv doesnt hold up,am trying to be very careful to order now,wait to read reviews first

Awful...
This has to be the worst purchase I ever made on QVC. It is not comfortable and you feel like you're sliding off the bed. Don't waste your money this topper is not worth it.

Very Disappointed - Noisy
I received this item and immediatly put it on the bed and took it off just as fast. The topper is very noisy and even after putting on the sheets the topper still made to much noise to be able to sleep. The topper did not fit well and did not lay smooth making the bed look unmade. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to the look of my bed and this item just doesn't do it for me. So it was off the bed, boxed up the same night and has been shipped back to QVC.

Not worth it
I must say, this is the first time I've had to write a bad review on a product. Don't waste your time and effort, the box is too big and bulky to have to send back which you will probably have to. When I placed this on the bed, it was like I never even put anything on it. It was flat as a pancake. Sorry QVC.

Bunches and slides underneath the sheet
The demonstration made it seem like this would fit a deep mattress. This topper slides everywhere and turns your bottom sheet into lumps. The demonstration said the topper didn't crinkle. This topper makes all kinds of noise. I haven't washed it yet and will see if this makes any difference before the return period is up but so far I not impressed. If it improves after washing then I won't return it. This topper needs to be taken to a laundromat to use an over-sized or even a large side loading machine. I have large side load machine but this is queen size topper is too large for it. Beware if you absolutely need to wash it, you will be without your topper unless you plan your trip to the laundromat accordingly.

I've read all the reviews, I'm inbetween....my husband loves it, I agree it's way too big....BUT I still have time to return so I'm going to wash and dry and see what happens...I'll let you all know what happens....keep you posted

WOW! NOT WHAT I THOUGHT
Ick is all I can say about this topper. Lumpy, way way too big for my new foam mattress. Got it to add cushion but it just bunches up.
Going back tomorrow. Will have to try something else. Don't buy this.
