uneven melting dish
I liked the items appearence, but, the warming tray does not sit evenly, and light shines out. Spoils the total look for me. Would return it but prices are high to do so. Will just donate it to church sale.

One Problem
It is lovely and works great until the bulb wears out, It is an extremely rare bulb and I had to look everywhere before locating one. Then with the cost of bulb and shipping it was half the price of the entire warmer. I wish QVC would sale the replacement bulbs.

Just O.K
I received this in the sage, which is a nice color with the embossing. My problem is with the craftmanship. The wax cup holder does not sit properly on the base and the light makes it's crookedness very noticeable. When it arrived I checked both pieces for cracks/chips, threw away the boxes and now that it is lit it looks cheap and lopsided .Would send back if I still had the box.

Excellent Product!!
How could anyone NOT like this product? There is NO little candle under the pot! There is NO reason to worry that the melted wax will boil over. There is No burning smell after you blow out the candle,because there is NO candle to blow out? You don't have to keep putting the wax in the pot tray because the wax melts at a slow,low pace,and that makes the wax last for days! This warmer is soooo much safer then back in the stone age when they were not safe and had to keep your eye on it all the time! This is a fabulous product and now there are christmas melts that you can order for this warmer. The wonderful,delightful fragrance fills my home on both levels of my home,and when the warmer is not on....you can smell that lovely fragrance for such a long time! This product is well worth every penny! Thanks VAL!

Excellent quality
I purchased this warmer in white and the picture does not do it justice. The melting cup is huge so it can provide scent for a very long time. Hint: If you do not want to risk pouring hot wax, put the melting cup in the freezer for a short period of time and the wax will just pop out.

Beautiful Warmer
I ordered this in the green and ivory. Keep the item in my kitchen. Item is beautiful and gave one as a gift. The top candle warmer is deep so you don't have to worry about the wax spilling out. Better than the ones sold at the famous candle shop in the mall. Love this item.

This is great. It smells up the whole house with wonderful smells. It is great because I have a houseful of pets. It had been raining when I got mine and I did not have the wet dog smell because I had this on. This is WONDERFUL.

LOVE THIS!!!
I just received this yesterday. I love it. I do wish the bottom had more holes in it to let the light through. I love them for the night light use also. Love the fragrances too.

So Beautiful!
I love this! This is the very first item I have ever purchased from QVC and Valerie and I am so pleased. It's beautiful, smells wonderful and I'm excited for Fall to come again so I can try some fragrances like apple cinnamon, pumpkin, etc. So great, I'm so glad I bought this! All of the colors were beautiful but I decided on ivory and it's gorgeous. This item would be a perfect gift for anyone. Thanks Valerie!

If you want your house to smell amazing buy this!!!! this warmer is really a nice looking piece to set out in you home and the fragrance. I highly recommend this to anyone. This also would be a great gift !!
