I bought 2 sets in the black, and couldn't wait to use them. I've had 5 of them out for about 2 weeks, they have been so helpful in getting my plants watered easily.
Last night, I noticed that the silver metal parts are rusting. I'm hoping I can get the rust off, and use some sort of sealer or spray paint to protect it. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. I would recommend this item to a friend, but I would warn them about the rust first.

BEST PURCHASE
I bought these a year ago. Left them hanging all winter long. love love these.
Easy to water plants. My mom boughts these after she saw mine. I recently boughty a second set cause I wanted a spare. They hold up in the midwest winter. I am the most non believer of all. I would purchase these time and time again.

i use mine for plants and they're also great for bird feeders you can keep the bird feeders low enough so squirrels can;t get to them when they try climbing down or if u wanna hang from high branch you don't have to climb everytime you have to refill i'm ordering more cause mine got destroyed during hurricane sandy

Great Product
Again, QVC had just what I needed. This item is extremely helpful for watering and arranging hanging plants. I can change the look of my porch in seconds and the assembly was quick and easy. I love it!

Made very cheaply
I had these for awhile before hanging my plants. Once I did, it was not long before two broke. I couldn't send them back, because I ordered them before the summer season.
Great idea, but cheap. Will not hold a pot of flowers.

horrible
purchased these so wouldnt have to use ladder. horrible out of the 4 none would work you hang anything on them no matter how light and it goes immediately all the way down wont stay up for that reason and others i dont do lori greiner any more her jewelry cases are not tarnish resistant.

I bought this for a friend and they love it!! It is weather resistant, it is easy to pull down and retract. They would order it themselves!

VERY GOOD HANGERS!!!
I sure have enjoyed my hangers this Spring & Summer. They have held up so good. I am guessing each of my plants weigh between 15 & 20 lbs. I ordered my 2nd set last week. I don't want to be without these hangers! Keep them coming Lori!!

Plant Hangers
I recently put in a large patio replacing a wooden deck. I didn't think about the problem of hanging plants which are to high to water. Not knowing what to do I turned to QVC for an answer and found these hangers. They work great. Problem solved.

weak product
ordered them in April and started using them in June . Watered the ferns last night July 14th and put them back up this morning. As I was putting other plants away one broke and fell.
I am very sure plant is under 10 lbs . Poor quality
