Beautiful Flatwear Pattern!!!
Ordered two sets of the Highgrove Pattern in January. Since I like different patterns depending on my mood, this is an elegant pattern to complement a dressier affair, I love the weight and the amount of pieces for the price. What a sparkling shine on the table!!!
When by budget allows I hope to purchase the Reniassance in a double set too, for an even more elegant presentation!!!

Odd
The ends of the tines on the forks are weirdly square and make it difficult to eat a salad as the fork will not pierce the lettuce - it just kind of hits it but won't pick it up- so you have to kind of scoop up the lettuce on top of the fork and then it falls off-well you get the picture-very annoying.

Everything very low maintenance. This set had everything and was lovely. Pieces individually wrapped but box practically fell apart when trying to open. Would be nice to have a sturdier box to leave items in.

High hopes make for shortcomings!
I had literally been searching for that perfect service for 8+ for 2 years! I was thrilled when QVC offered this set, service for 12, 94pc set on easy pay! I ordered style name Woodrow. Once it arrived and I opened my package, I was absolutely disappointed and heart broken. I started to peel off the plastic and I immediately noticed the top of the serving spoon was very tarnished. I peeled back plastic off the the serving utensils and another looked very tarnished at the very top. Each fork tooth was off, and not at all straight. I tried bending a bit and it was not going to work, nor did I have the time to realign fork teeth with each fork. I had scratches....Just disappointed. If there was going to be tarnish marks, crocked fork teeth, and scratches, I'd like to do that myself, and not have all those issues when the set is considered unused and brand new =-(

Flatware
I was thrilled when I received my silverware. It is simply beautiful and looks like it cost $1,000. The best feature is that you get the steak knives and soup spoons and all the serving spoons and forks not counting the regular spoons, forks and knives. My guests will be very impressed when I have my next dinner evening. This silverware is probably the best thing I've bought from QVC. Very pleased!

BUY THIS SET!!! YOU WON'T BE SORRY!!!
Bought this set as a OTO and got the "Highgrove" pattern because it matched nearly perfectly with another R&B set I bought about a year ago at a "while supplies last" price. First let me say that the European-sized pieces are so versatile and feel great in your hand while holding them! They wash beautifully in the dishwasher and they look almost as lovely as your best sterling silver! I love the steak knives included in the set and recommend that you hand wash them just because the blades will never acquire those rust spots that most, if not all, steak knives get in the dishwasher. It's certainly easy enough to do so! The serving pieces are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and are a must at any dinner party! One piece that wasn't included in this set was the lasagna server which I use for a variety of purposes. I really miss that one!! Fellow QVC watchers, if you get this set you will be absolutely delighted!!

I'm so glad I purchased this set and that it was available on easy pay. It came very shiny and very durable as they said on TV.

Nice set but....
I really like this set, such a great investment. The price was fantastic but almost each piece of the set had a scratch on it! Although the majority of the scratches are small, I suppose I expected more from Reed and Barton. Overall, you cannot beat the price for a set like this, especially for the brand. I have a shopped around for a silverware for many months now and I am happy that I found one.
