LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!
Our bed was delivered yesterday. First of all, I am extremely impressed at how quick it got here, only took 6 days! And most importantly, I LOVE THIS BED! I've been sleeping in a recliner for 2 years because of back problems and we finally decided to spend the money for this bed, it is so worth it. Slept on it last night, and I have not slept that good in a VERY LONG TIME. I love how it cradles your body, how you can set the firmness to whatever is comfortable for you, and the adjustable base is perfect because my legs and head need to be raised for me to lay down. If you have any kind of back problems, this is the bed for you!! And a comment on the assembly, I put this bed together by myself and it only took 1 hour.

not what I expected
The frame that comes with the bed isn't the frame in the picture. You get two separate twin size beds on their own individual frames. The casters kept coming unlocked and the beds would slide apart, we could not keep the beds together. I did like the flexability of being able to choose the different firmness levels and different adjustments for the head and feet. The best sheets are "t-shirt" sheets since they are stretchy and will move with adjusting the bed. It was not hard to assemble, took us an hour or so. Overall, if you can get past the gap inbetween the two beds, it's an okay bed.

I looked at airbeds for a least a month going over reviews the pros and the cons after much review I decided to go with qvc's option. No onehad it at a better price, and the 6 easy pays makes it a no brainer, Please be aware of the comparisons out their that speak against sleep number often you'll see where someone states sleep number is hundreds above there brand and you should pay sleep numbers overheade when in fact you have to look at apples for apples size and thickness of mattress whats in the matress here's your key the air chamber the foam that sits on top memory foam or regular foam depth of mattress (12") versus (10") ect. make sure everything is the same.once you do this the choice is simple It will be sleep number. Now for the quality it took about 3 days for me to find my sleep number (60) all i can say is its the best sleep ive gotten in my life I have a herniated disc L4,L5 and S1 this bed is awesome i can adjust to comfort. I will recomend this to anyone who is looking for adjustable comfort I can assure you i'll never purchase a standar bed again..Never! Let me put it this way like a 60" tv after you've purchased it and used it you will never say oh that tv is too big im sending it back. you will not be disappointed with this purchase,its whisper quiet operation and ease of use is great.. yes its expensive but you wont regret it. If you can afford the 6 easy pays do it!!!
Im not sure why the other review said it took 8 hours to assemble i did it 1hr 45min and i was watching tv, qvc said it would be delivered on march 19th i rcvd on the 3rd of march Im so satisfied with my sleep number purchase from qvc they make it so easy....please give them a try you wont be sorry...im not!!!

Most Comfortable bed ever
This was such a big purchase and we were worried about putting it together. We called customer service at QVC and Sleep Comfort before purchase with many questions. Both were wonderful. Both were willing us to talk us through set up step by step.. We knew we would be ok or they would help us. We are not very good at putting things together but were able to get it together. We have had the bed for ten days and love it It is a five star in our book and we are very confident that both qvc and sleep comfort will stand by their product. I am a nurse and would recommend this product to anyone but especially to anyone who has an illness that puts you in a bed for any length of time.

My first impression
We just received the bed two days ago and I could not wait to put it together and try it.
I must say that I almost did not order it because of the first review which was very negative with regards of assembling the bed.
Well, I ordered nevertheless and I am glad I did.
The process of unpacking the complete bed and frame took me actually less than two hours. Incl opening the seven boxes and unpacking them. And I did the whole thing alone except flipping the frame. It was an easy and simple process. Everybody who bows how to put things together from I.e. a well known Swedish furniture store will succeed easily.
I am normally not a person writing reviews but in this case I had to. Just because of the first negative review.
Sleeping on the new mattress The first two nits was great. I look forward to more comfortable nights...

Not Very Happy.....
Purchased this bed and since my husband is very handy thought it would not be
that difficult to assemble. The spokesperson giving the presentation stated that
you needed two people and it would take about 2 hours and the tools were provided.
It took us EIGHT HOURS to put the bed together after having to call Sleep Number
customer service and being put on hold for 10 minutes each time. During one of the many calls, we were disconnected, only to have to call back and wait another ten minutes before our call was answered. Getting this bed from QVC may save the customer money, however, the aggravation and time spent assembling this mattress was not worth the savings. We are still having difficulty adjusting to the bed even though we visited one of the stores and they told us what our number should be.
So far we are not happy with our experience with this product.
