Bethlehem Lights Battery Op. Geranium Basket w/ Metal Chain
Nice If You Want Nests
Birds can't resist these. We tried lots of things and gave up. Pretty, but don't like touching bird droppings to change batteries. We've given up on having the light feature.
Love the look but haven't tried the lights yet
I ordered 2 pink and they are both beautiful. I have them sitting at 2 windows right now because it's still too cold to put them outside; and, they look so nice I can't stop looking at them. I like them so much that I just ordered 2 of the purple. I haven't tried the lights yet because I'm not that interested in that feature.
They are packed so tight in the box that I didn't think I could get them out of the top without damaging them. I found it really easy, however, to slide them through the bottom. Because the flowers were all clumped upwards, I just had to pull the outside ones down.
Recieved this and was so disappointed. The flowers pulled off easily and we're made cheaply. Not up to Bethlehem lighting products. Back in the box.. Sent back the next day.
The Bethlehem baskets are very pretty, well made, but they burn through batteries too quickly! I was replacing them at least monthly despite the timer. Now I don't even put batteries in the ones I have, just go for the color, not the lights. A waste of money. AND, that battery box is THE worst to get opened and closed. Really, these are a good concept but far from perfected. I'm anti-anything with batteries these days! Electricity works, batteries do not!
what happened to Beth lights? did they get bought out,by the dollar store? because that is all these are worth!
As usual - lights stop working
Purchased 2 of these last summer. Both plant's lights worked for about a month- then 1 quit. Got them out this summer and the one remaining planter, quit within 1 week of hanging up. Only used them for 3 months last year. Really disappointing. Liked the arrangement though, but I could buy that far cheaper without lights!
