Great for indoors or outdoors
I got this for my niece for her birthday. She absolutely loves it, especially if the lights go out or for a nice picnic supper in the evening. Very good quality for the price. I LOVE QVC

TIMER NO LONGER WORKS
Worked fine for 2 months. Purchased because of timer feature. Now timer no longer works. Have had too long to send back and get refund.

Beyond expectations!
Impressed by tremendous lighting from the candle & presentation didn't show the awesome 'wall' effect it made! Substantial size lantern & expected candle to be small but it wasn't! Figured for the low price you would get substantial one or the other but in this case BOTH lantern & candle were beyond my expectations. Bought Silver for that special added touch to our chrome & white bathroom & now I want more for other places in the home!

Nice Lantern but
Like a few others, I ordered one color and got other. CS said they would replace it with the correct color but I didn't trust that I would be credited the return shipping. Since I liked the "black" one I kept it and ordered another "silver" and this time I actually got "silver". Don't know what happened since "silver" was the only color available when I placed my 1st order. I just ordered another "silver" to make a pair and "silver" is the only color available but who knows what I will get. I really want to make a pair so I hope it's "silver" or "black" and not the "bronze" others refer to.

nice looking lights
My son is having a rustic, outdoor wedding rehearsal dinner in two more weeks, so I ordered 8 of these to put on the picnic tables for a bit of light and ambiance. We did test them all and they all worked, and were very well packaged, so no breakage. I got the bronze ones and will use some outside on my patio once all the festivities are done. The kids loved the look of them, and they were a great price on clearance and no shipping! Snap up what is left, for the price, you will be glad to have some outdoor candles!

Love this lantern
Purchased this in the bronze color and put it out on my table on the lanai. Love this lantern. I have it on auto timer and it looks really nice. Not too big, but not too small. Perfect!

Great Purchase
I purchased to use indoors for decorative purposes on a little Amish Chair with Star and berries. It looks as though the lantern was made specifically to go with the chair! Glad I found this buy! Also love that it has the timer features. Right now I have it set on the 4 hour timer to come on in the evening and will change the timer to 8 hours when fall/winter arrives. I accented it with a berry candle ring which matches the berries on the back of the chair. It works great! Very happy with my purchase!

Disappointed
I ordered the silver and received the bronze. I chose to keep the bronze since I did not want the hassle of returning yet another item. I have had lots of quality issues with purchases lately as well as the wrong item being sent on other orders. I was happy until the timer started having a mind of its own less than a week after I received it (turning on in the daytime and not when I set it). *Sigh* I will turn it on and off manually from now on.

using outdoors
I have the chrome lantern and it is not, in any way, satisfactory outdoors. It is under a porch that gets only a bit of a drop of rain and it is completely corroded. I have a second one that I kept inside and it is fine. I also find that it is difficult to pick up without falling apart.

Wrong color!
Was very excited to get the silver but wound up with two of the black. These are so nice that I kept the black and called customer service to get two more that will hopefully be silver. If the next ones aren't the right color then we will have an issue. Right now just excited because the ones I received were beautiful enough to keep and just use in another room.

Love these lanterns!!
I have bought 8 of these for gifts & myself ! They are a fantastic buy
& are beautiful! I have one on a double shepherds hook with a plant
on the other hook by my door & it gives off enough light to see your
door when coming home at nite! This would be a great gift for
ANYONE!!

cute little lanterns
I have ordered flameless candles before and really like them. These little lanterns arrived in good condition. The downside was that I ordered three silver ones and received two oil rubbed color and one silver. The packages were labeled correctly on the outside so I guess a quality control issue at the factory? I decided to keep them anyway as I can always find a place to put them and they are cute.
