I would send it back if I could
OK to look at, color was what I expected. I had read reviews stating that it was a firm chair, but it's extremely FIRM. Way too firm for a den chair. I don't want to admit it to my husband (he was skeptical about buying a chair without trying it), but if it wouldn't cost a fortune to send these two chairs back, I would return them in a heartbeat. Fine for the $ if it's not going to be used often. No more QVC furniture purchases for me, unfortunately.

DONT BUY THIS CHAIR
The worst piece of furniture I ever bought. If it wasn't so heavy I would have returned it. Very Very hard to put together, terrible directions!!! Smells terrible!!! I have had it less than two months and it has already sunk in. Unbelievably uncomfortable and on top of all that very ugly color and does not look as it does in the picture.
DO NOT BUY!!!!

It Works--- With a Little Work
COLOR and STYLE----- exactly what I had been looking for.
FIRMNESS---- The host had said that it was not a chair you would sink into---
so I was prepared for it being a firmer chair.
ATTACHING THE BACK---- I had difficulty with the last bolt that attached the back to the seat. I went to the hardware store for a bolt 1/4 inch longer --- and finally got it the two parts together.
ATTACHING THE LEGS---- one hole was drilled at an angle--- so the base of the leg did not fit flat against the bottom of the chair. I feared that a person's weight on the leg would cause it to further bend and eventually break. I added a shim to support the leg against the bottom of the chair.
It took some work, but the chair is working out okay.

AN OK CHAIR
This was the structure I wanted, but expected it to be more comfortable. A good chair for a corner, but clearly not for curling up and reading a book. It also took awhile for my husband to match up one of the holes that secured the back of the chair.
The fabric and the color were nice.
