Not good
Please...don't bother to purchase this mattress. I love qvc, but this mattress is not worth the money and most importantly does not last. The first few months were great then it starts sinking. I suffer from arthritis and thought it would be helpful. What a disappointment. I called the mattress company and no one ever returned my call. So if it ever comes back please don't bother it only last about a year.

get what you pay for
I should have listed to my inner thoughts.... This mattress is horrible..more comfortable on a blow-up mattress... My only regrets is I payed for this already and should have not accepted from day one. Once i laid it out which by the way took 4 days too be completely flat.... I wake up everymorning not feeling like i even slept... Dont but this...waste of money

Do not deal with this company
While the product met with my satisfaction, the company was a horror to deal with. The 1st was defective & it took 2 weeks to get a replacement. I had to hire people to move the mattress which weighed 82 lbs. The worst part was the arrogance & lack of caring about the purchaser.
QVC backed up their promise to give satisfaction & they did.

WHAT A JOKE
I purchased this 2 or 3 mos. ago, before this sale price, and I was shocked at how awful it looked after I took it out of the box. It took 4 days for it to lay flat and when it did, I decided not to keep it but then I wondered how in the heck to get it back in the box. So I am stuck with the darn thing. That pillow top they talk about it just a thin cover that looks like a matteress cover. Save your money. Dont buy it.

Great mattress
Bought this mattress May of last year and love it. The memory foam is warm in Winter and cool in Summer, supports very well and I enjoy it. Have recommended to several friends. This is the second Pedicsolutions mattress that I've had, and both were well worth the money.

NOT WORTH ONE (1) STAR
Why this mattress is not even worth 1 star at all. I'm sorry I have to give it a star to rate it at all. The 1st one arrived defective. I talked to many people including the factory that manufactures the mattress. It had what they refer to as "dead foam" which is foam that will never come to life again no matter how much air and time it has to expand. It is crushed foam from the factory. I was working with QVC Corperate Office regarding the mattress in order to decide whether or not of return for a full refuld or to exchange. I liked that QVC had a number for me to contact the manufacturer. That was a big help. After speaking to the manufactorer I decided to exchange it for another one hoping I would get a good mattress since I was told that the "dead foam" happens occassionally. I exchanged it. The second arrived defective too. In fact, the cover of the mattress was in worse shape than the 1st one. It still had "dead foam" in the same upper right hand corner of the mattress. The cover had threads hanging out everywhere. The zipper was not even put in the cover properly so that it could be unzipped like it was supposed to me. So back it went to QVC for refund. I would say that the quality of the mattress wasn't worth the sales price (these models were being closed out) like most mattresses and other goods are done on an ongoing babis. Sometimes you can get a really great deal on items like this in life--when they are reduced for closeout only not that there is anything wrong with them. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of those cases. I am working with the Corporate Office to finalize everything on the return. Therefore, don't waste your valuable time and money on this item. It wasn't the deal I was hoping for. Good thing QVC has such a liberal return policy and not all sales are final since we can't really see it in person before we buy things. There are times when that would be good. Seeing something on TV or on line is very different than seeing it live and in person. Getting to try things can also be good. Then they are good, they are great. When they are bad--well this is the reason for this review right. I did read reviews of this mattress before I received my mattress. Apparently, no one else had had my experience yet or didn't take the time to review the item. I know I don't always review every item myself. I don't always have the time and I want to make sure that my review is really valuable too. Not like some of the reviews I read. Wow, I just received it and love everything about it without even using it or really giving any detailed information for someone else to go by in deciding to purchase the item. I'm not the only person not happy with these people. It takes some time and work to do a good review that is very helpful to buyers. I try to be completely honest about the products I purchase and review. Everyone has different taste and you have to account for that. I'm not the luckiest person in life; but, I use my experiences to learn from and teach others. I started teaching at a young age and it's not something everyone in life is good doing.

Best nights sleep in a long time!
When we received this bed it was rolled tightly, I never thought we would get it flat! Anyhow, we keep our home a little chilly and live in Northern New York to boot; it took the bed a day longer than anticipated to expand to size but again the warmer the home the quicker the expansion! I did smell an odor from the mattress, it lasted about a week. I woke up sore the very first day....that was because I haven't ever had a bed with such support! We've had it since Dec 19th, 2011 and from Dec 22nd onwards I can honestly say that I've never had such a good nights rest, very pleased with product, the odor disappates and is nothing in the scheme of things, just wish I hadn't recently purchased new beds for my kids as I would have gotten them each a PedicSolutions Memory Foam mattress in a heartbeat!

SAME PROBLEMS
After seeing this on the show I said maybe this will help my back and my old coil spring was due to be replaced.Now I have had it for over 2 months I feel I can write a review,first off I am 6 ft tall and weight is 195 lbs,I am a single father,with that out of the way...at first the bed was rock hard as others stated and I did put it up by myself that was a job,but after a few days it began to get comfortable and I have to say my back did not hurt when I got up....That was then,this is now,the bed has a sag in the center and DOES NOT recover fully and the back pain is back,the edges of the bed are still firm but the center is becoming a valley when I sleep,can not send it back shipping is too much because this is one heavy bed .....my 9 year old likes it,maybe I'll put it in his room and get something else.So think twice before buying it.

Had an expensive pillow top mattress , which was just so lumpy and uncomfortable, never got a full nights sleep,and chronic back ache
researched for months for a replacement, very cautious because choices were going to cost $4000 - $5000 and husband didn't want to do that, as the first mattress wasn't cheap!
Saw this while flicking through channels, previously purchased clothes and kitchen items from QVC so knew they offered quality products but never considered a mattress
Wow, what an amazing matress ( looks very strange out of the box , don't let that put you off) I now sleep like a baby, honestly, never wwrite reviews but felt compelled to write this time
I awaken, refreashed annd ready to face the day, and all that at a bargin price and delivered to my front door

Totally Love This
My husband and I purchased a mattress for about $2000.00 10 years ago. We had flipped it as many times as possible. I took a chance, as I had never ordered from QVC before, and I have to say this has been one of the best investments we have ever made. Every night the bed feels like new. I don't even feel him move throughout the night. However, don't freak out when the box comes! This is vaccuum packed upon delivery and does take about a day to fully expand. I thought I had ordered a twin when I got the box. But, truely, we are very pleased with this purchase. We ordered the king sized mattress, which I believe is sold out. But, I am planning to order two more in the twin size because I can't seem to keep my kids out of my bed. :) .....Well worth it!

Be Patient for Bed to unfurl!!
After reading the reviews I was alarmed when this mattress that looked like a canoli did not unfurl after 48 hrs. I kept re-reading the reviews to see if others had the same problem. I couldn't imagine having to send it back. It took at least 4 days to lay flat. It now looks and feels like the item shown in the video. If you live in a colder climate, don't give up hope, it will expand. I think a short presentation demonstrating what you would be receiving as pertains to these large foam mattresses would be helpful to the customers...to alleviate the stress of thinking you have received the improper size!PS We love the mattress it was such a bargain...it cradles the body .Initially you feel like you are on a firm mattress and in seconds you can feel it conform to your knooks and crannies!By morning when you get up it looks something like a nest where the larger parts of your body have rested. Shortly after the foam recovers.Love this mattress.....but give it plenty of time to flatten out!

Very Sceptical
I was very sceptical when the mattress arrived.
QVC should show this mattress as a shipped item when a customer recieves it. 104lbs in a small box maybe 18" square by 48" long. I opened it up and it was super small...........looked for a tag, thinking they sent me the wrong size.......anger was setting in and what a waste of money.
In 24 hrs this matteress was almost full size.....I could not believe it. I don't know about the smell everybody complains about but this mattress did not smell.
That night 24hrs latter my wife and I put it on our bed " are old box spring to be exact" and it was a little short by about 3"-4" but we were going to sleep on it that night. I saved the box and all the packing so I could send it back because I knew this was not staying.
Matteress felt very firm whe my wife and I first climbed in bed, I don't like sleeping on a board but we will see. In the first 2-3 minutes the matteress seems to get more comfortable.......we will see.
I wake up every morning with back pain , "bad back". This morning no pain.....I am SERIOUS ! felt this could be a fluke 1 more night and we will see. 2nd night and I wake up with zero pain " I sleep on my back and my wife on her side" she likes it I like it and it did in 5-7 day come out that 3-4 inches it was short earlier.
I through the box out after a week as I will be keeping this matteress. I just hope it last " always a sceptic" as they claim. Wife and I am very happy with this matteress and would highly recommend it for everybody.
