Great Bed Set
I read some of the reviews about having difficulties assembling the bed. When I received the bed, and started assembling it I found no problems at all. All of the holes lined up correctly, no parts were missing or damaged. Very happy with the product!!!!! Looks great set up. My memory foam mattress and foundation fit in it like a charm.

Great Bed
I purchased this bed and I love it. First of all I am not the best at assembling these kinds of things but this bed was very easy to assemble. In no time I had the bed put together. The look is exactly what I was looking for and am very happy. The easy pays really make this affordable. I am in the future going to order the chest and night stand. I highly recommend this!

Great Buy!!
I bought this bed 9 months ago. I use a memory foam mattress on top of a box spring. I would highly recommend this bed!!!

Okay frame. Flaws here and there and issues with pieces not fitting together correctly.

NO MORE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS
I BROUGHT THIS BED ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL NIGHTS SINCE MY SON IS EXCITED ABOUT HIS NEW BED. AT 5 YEARS OLD HE KNOWS GREAT FURNITURE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BED TO EVERYONE. THANKS QVC AND TO THE PEOPLE WHOSE REVIEWS MADE IT EASY TO PURCHASE SUCH A GREAT BED. THANKS

Very nice to look at but...
Very hard to assemble. We had to drill holes in the headboard because they were not where they we supposed to be.
The wood is very cheap and breaks easily. One of our rails broke down the middle, the day after we put it all together. When we called to have another sent, the process was terrible and after 3 months it finally came.
The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.
It's all OK now. Apparently we received a "faulty" bed rail.
Unless you are looking for an ungoing project for something you need for rest every night I would not recommend whatsoever.

Love this bed!
This bed is beautiful! Assembly was a little tricky. Can't wait to order the matching dresser and night stand. Would definitely recommend. It looks like a piece of furniture you'd find at a high end furniture store.

Beautiful but...
This bed is very beautiful. The only complaint I have is that the holes were drilled incorrectly on one side of the footboard which caused one corner of the bed to be lower. My husband had to drill a new hole to match the other side. Other than that, it's a great bed.

Beautiful Piece of Furniture!
We are pretty picky when it comes to furniture, but from the moment we pulled the headboard out of the box, I just fell in love with it. It's a very elegant piece of furniture and so well made that I am sure it will be with us for many years to come. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
