Worst Purchase Ever
I received this product and unfortunately waited to use it. I tried it on some earrings but didn't see the difference and then I tried it on a very expensive three-tiered stone necklace with sterling links in-between. Did everything by the instructions and buffed with cloth. When I went to put it on the other day the links were dirty brown. I tried everything to remedy it and after four hours of cleaning with cloth got it to be somewhat ok, but not great. Think I might have to take it to a jeweler to see if they can clean it better. I throw this out since I could not return for refund.

stuff works great!
I got this on a lunchtime special price. It works very well, but at the regular price I think it's a little expensive. To soak each piece of jewelry this will go very fast.

AWESOME STERLING CLEANER - ( 2nd to none)
I HOPE THIS ITEM IS NOT BEING DISCONTINUED SINCE I SEE IT IS ON CLEARANCE!!!!!! I have been using this sterling silver cleaner on ALL of my sterling pieces for about 3 years and have tried many cleaners before but NOT ONE has come close to cleaning my sterling jewelry as efficiently and quickly as this product. This product is AWESOME. I just ordered 2 more sets of cleaner to have on hand if this product does not return.

Excellent Product
FInally, a convenient and non-messy way to clean my jewelry. It really does take off the tarnish. Now my jewelry is all nice and sparkly again!

Brought me to tears
I left my wedding set (white gold) in this solution over night. There was nothing on the bottle that stated you could not leave jewelry over night. I poured the product into a clean glass jar.
When I opened the top of the jar in the morning my gold wedding set was all brassy. It stripped the radium right off my beautiful diamond engagement ring and wedding band. I just got back from the jeweler, because needless to say I was SO upset, and it is going to cost me $40.00 per ring to have them all redipped in rodium. I had a pinkie ring made with my moms diamonds to match my set so the grand total for three rings to be redipped was $120.00.
I am now going to write a letter to the company who makes this stuff. Ladies, DO NOT leave your precious jewelry in this solution over night. You will cry as I did.

Cannot believe how great this works!! Rings, bracelets, pins, and necklaces I thought were useless forever, are as bright and shiney as NEW! And it's fast! Where does the tarnish go?! Best silver cleaner I have ever used!

This is a great product . After the ease of the first use I cleaned ALL my jewelry because it worked so well, was fast and very easy. Love it!

Always Trust Jill
Read the reviews and was hesitant. But, Jill demonstrated how to effectively use this product and I knew it must be a good product. Cleaned my 54 year old rosary beads this afternoon. Worked like a charm. Then continued to give my wedding set a tweaking. Works for me and I am very pleased.

I JUST RECEIVED THIS YESTERDAY AND COULDN'T WAIT TO TRY IT ON A REFLECTIONS MARCASITE STERLING SILVER CHOKED I PURCHASED YEARS AGO. IT WAS TARNISHED BEYOND RECOGNITION. I MUST WARN YOU THIS PRODUCT DID WARN AGAINST USING ON MARCASITES,BUT I HAD NOTHING TO LOSE THE NECKLACE WAS A MESS. Worst Purchase Ever
I was very excited when I saw this product on air. I followed the directions and sat for hours cleaning all my silver. I then put my silver in the "silver saver" jewlery bag. Well...it all turned brown. My jewerly is a disaster. I have been individually using a silver cleaning cloth to get my jewlery back to its original state.

Not Impressed
I did not care for this product.. It did not do a good job cleaning the 2 pieces of jewelry I used it on. I sent it back the next day.
