Cuisinart product service disappointing
I had my microwave since the end of Sep 2012. In January..it just stopped heating. Every function worked, but no heat was available. I called the company since there is a 3 year warranty. I think their customer service is alful! They made me pay for returning the item which cost me over $80.00. Since the product was under warranty, I feel that the company should have at least shared the cost of returning the item for repair. Instead I got this excuse "we would go broke if we paid shipping and handling" I call that lousy customer service. I will NEVER purchase another product made by Cuisinart. Instead of trying to help me, they made things worse. The cost of shipping was equal to almost half of what I paid for the oven. I think this is wrong! It was not my fault that the product is a lemon. I think QVC should not sell Cuisinart products.

Best Microwave Ever !!!!
This is the first Cuisinart microwave I have ever purchased. I have purchased other brands in the past. So far, the Cruisinart stainless steel microwave is my very favorite...The stainless inside is fabulous for clean-up & it looks so nice & expensive. Most of all it works absolutely great !!!! The limited 3 year warranty is also a big plus. I would recommend the Cuisinart microwave to everyone !!!!!

Beautiful Microwave!
Very pleased with this microwave. Cuisinart has lived up to there reputation of quality with this microwave. Perfect size for warm ups and cooking frozen vegetables. The stainless exterior and interior is beautiful. Delivery was fast and packaged perfectly. One of my best purchases!

Problems!
I had this less than a year.. and it just dies.. sent it back ( hint: keep the box!) and it took almost a month to get it back (what to do with out it) and it was fixex but they dented it.. it died again about a month later.. called and they refused to replace it.. wanted to send it back for repair again... I gave up and tossed it.. wouldn't buy it again!!!

Love This Cuisinart
I recently purchased this microwave oven and it is just the greatest. It looks great on my countertop and works like a charm. It is very easy to clean . It looks very classy compared to bargains at the Discount Stores. And the fact that it has a 3 year Warranty is a plus also. You can't beat it !

PURCHASED AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY ON THE GO DAUGHTER. SHE LOVES IT AND WAS SO SURPRISED. ALL THE FUNCTIONS WORK GREAT AND IT LOOKS VERY STYLISH IN HER UPDATED KITCHEN.

Stylish and functional
I bought this about two months ago and I have been very happy with it. It looks great and works even better!!!! I love how it is easy to clean and seems to work great on everything I heat in it.

Quick and easy
I recently replaced my old microwave with the Cuisinart Stainless Steel microwave. I am really enjoying it. It works well and cleans in a seconds. I like the appearance in my kitchen. I had 1 question, so I called the Cuisinart help line and a gentleman named Larry helped me and I was back to finish what I was preparing.
