should have returned when box was damaged Initially order larger Haier, send back too large for window. Received this one in a damaged box. Kept our error,cause it was very hot. Made a noise but my wonderful husband kept working with it til it didn't make too much noise. Cooled great. Bought in Sept of 2007, now May 2009 the fan and compressor went out. Would not reccommend this to anyone. 05-15-09

Haier 10,000 BTU Works very good keeps house cool. I've had mine for over a year it still work the same as when I first got it .Thank You QVC & HAIER 06-21-08

A Nightmare for Me from Start... My A/C arrived with front panel "broken"& Air flow piece was too so the front would fall off when I went to clean it & I Wasn't gonna Ship it back to them at this weight. Then it was such a tight squeeze the metal case that goes around the Whole A/C had to be removed to get it to fit & I had to Duct Tape the front on so it didn't just hang.My New A/C looks awful & Old but it's ok,not great.Real Hot/Humid day's it's Not real comfy & my room Isn't that big either. 06-21-08

Great Product Great price, works great on a 700/800 sq. townhome first floor, keep area cool and easy to operate and program. Few challenges on set up, not as easy as others, need few materials if you do not want to use screws on your window. 06-12-07
