I enjoy cooking chicken in my Tagine using some Moroccan recipes (found on line). I have used in on the stove top and in the oven with wonderful results. Easy cleanup. I leave mine out because it is beautiful to look at in the kitchen.
strong but, light weight!
I love cooking in my tagine ! The food has such flavor. Even when I cook fish , it holds it shape but is so tender and not over done. This is the only stoneware I have ever seen you can cook on the stove top , microwave, or oven. And light , noe heavy like my cast iron . Love it!
