Only last about a year
As of today my second machine has bit the dust. I was very happy with the power and ease of use but the motors burn out quickly. I don't think they are made to last any longer. I have had two of these and both burned out the motors almost a year to the date I got them. Will not buy another. QVC's price is higher than I gave for either of mine at a local discount store. When you add the shipping the cost is $60 higher.

Excellent buy!
I had this machine put together in 5 minutes and scrubbed my carpet directly after. I am amazed at the junk that came out of my carpet. Another awesome perk is that my carpet felt dry right after cleaning. Great machine!

excellent purchase
We have contemplated buying a home carpet shampoo machine; so when we saw the hoover name and easy pays we ordered. So easy to assemble and the results were amazing!!!! Paid for itself first time around...carpets dried quickly and the smell it left was fresh and clean. Worth every penny.

disappointed
I should have used the product before now however I was waiting for warmer weather. I filled the solution container and was ready to clean my carpets when I notice the entire solution leaking onto my floors from the bottom of the unit. I have reread the intructions numerous times but cannot figure out why the solution leaked all over. The unit is advertised as very simple to use. I must have a defective machine. Spent my time mopping up the mess with towels. Needless to say I have had this unit over a month so no sending back! Very disappointed

Awesome!!!
I have 3 dogs and with puppy accidents this machine works great!!! I had a large stain that my old hoover couldn't get out. This new one did the trick!! I have owned a hoover carpet cleaner for years and never had a problem. This one is much lighter and more powerful. Cleans stairs and furniture easily. I love the water surge button!! It's my new best friend for my carpets :)

Very excellent buy!!!
I bought this carpet cleaner because I got tired of calling a professional carpet cleaning company. So I decided to purchase a carpet cleaner, never expected it to work so well. It pulled all the invisible grime out of the carpet. It works excellent!!! Best buy ever!!!!

We have 2 dogs and 2 grandsons that are in and out all day, they track every thing in. This cleaner did a great job. Our carpets look like new again.

Love Love Love it
I have had several carpet cleaners - this is by far the best ever. My carpets look fantastic. I used another carpet cleaner less than a month ago and OMG the black water that came out on this was embarrassing but boy do the carpets look great.

Good cleaner
I am pretty satisfied with this carpet cleaner, I was not to sure a first thought it was kinda cheap, seems really plastic. But it did do a great job of cleaning, the dirt tank does fill up pretty fast, so with cleaning my whole carpet I had to change it quite a bit, but overall happy with purchase.

Powerful Little Machine!
I have a husband, three kids, three cats and a dog....and off white carpet. When my other carpet cleaner blew a motor, I needed something quick! So, I got online and ordered this unit. So glad I did. I thought I was a descent housekeeper until I cleaned my carpets with this! The dirt it pulled out of the carpet was amazing. or disgusting, depending on how you look at it! Thanks for saving me once again QVC!

Expecting Steam
I purchased this floor cleaner because it says SteamVac on the front of it..I have yet to find the steam, see the steam or hear the steam. Takes time to lay down the handle to remove the dirty water tank.. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Great little carpet cleaner
I always wanted to buy a carpet cleaner and thanks to QVC I bought this one. This week i will have cleaned my carpets for the 3rd time since Oct. This machine REALLY does clean..... REALLY WELL!!!!!!! When i cleaned out the tank after the first use, I was emabrassed. The water was BLACK!!! I cleaned it again three days later and I was surprised at how clean the water appeared. I will be cleaning for a New Years party and I know it will be spotless for my guest. It has, in 3 cleanings has paid for itself. I am so pleased with this product!!! THANKS QVC!!!!!
