Cute But.....
It measure much smaller than listed. I bought the " I" based on approx mearusements of 4 1/8"l x 5 3/8"w x 1 3/8"h. The " I" is not that wide, mine measures 2 1/4"w, which is a far cry from 5". The length and height are ok. For the price I can make it work for now, but it won't hold as much as I hoped for. I have other silver safekeepers from Lori, and they were better than this new one I purchased.

M is my letter
Love this piece for my vanity table. Looks perfect there. Fully lined so it's anti-tarnish. I don't use it anymore b/c my husband bought me Lori's large standing jewelry 'case' (which I highly recommend-read my review). It's a nice, functional piece.

Give me an "A"....A
Love these as gifts. I need to order the "A" for my daughter, but never seems to be in stock. We have given these as teacher gifts and they are awesome! I have never had a problem with tarnish. Please bring back and notify me when available. I need an "A".

Don't bother
I got several of these for stocking stuffers a couple years ago--now the outside is all tarnished. It was a cute idea but doesn't last.

I have had this product for 3 yrs, and the letter has discolored. Rubbing it with a silver
cloth did not do anything.

PLEASE BRING THIS BACK. I WANTED TO ORDER SEVERAL FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND COULDN'T BECAUSE THEY ARE ON CLEARANCE. A REAL BAD MOVE ON THE PART OF LORI AND QVC. I HAVE GIVEN THEM AS GIFTS BEFORE AND THEY ARE VERY PLEASED. PLEASE RESTOCK THEM AND I'LL ORDER FOR NEXT CHRISTMAS.

Great Gift Item
I just logged on to check the price and availability of these boxes when I noticed they are on clearance, and there are only a few letters left. Just like the previous reviewer, I also say, "Why???" I was planning to order about 10 boxes for the upcoming holidays. I have already purchased jewelry items to go in all the boxes for all the special girls and ladies on my Christmas list. I ordered quite a few of these in the past for myself and for gifts and just love them.

Lovely Jewelry Box!
I ordered two of these pretty initial jewelry boxes as Christmas presents for two of my best friends. I thought that the initial on the boxes would make the gift even more special and meaningful, and plan on adding a piece of jewelry inside as an added surprise. I wish that other boxes with different initials were available.

Practical...
I am writing this review because I saw that this item is on clearance....Why QVC??? This is a great item. So is Lori's gem box, but that is a different story. I think my grandmother has bought one of these in evey letter except for Z and X...we have a Xena and Zorro in our family but they are a fatty cat and pittbull respectively and would have no need for such an item LOL. Every girl/woman who has had a special occasion in their life has recieved one of these from my QVC shopping grammy. If they had birthdays she'd check for the birthstone case instead...but with that not all gems are represented. Please don't get rid of this...we have new babies arriving while some just made their way into the world and we need these badly to continue the tradition. I don't thik they lack in quality as some viewers have stated. It is a heavy peice with the anti-tarnish lining and the shine is amazing. You can't expect to get a coup de ville on a sailors paycheck I always say...but this is a very nice item anyhow...more of a large impala...I can be strange at times. Please don't let this go.....

Quality is not there
OK, I realize that these are not big ticket items nor are they intended to be sterling silver but I bought several to give as Christmas presents a couple of years ago and I also bought one for myself as I thought they were really cute. They are small as some people have mentioned, but that didn't bother me as I use it on my vanity table to hold the earrings, rings, and small items that I take off and don't want to put back in my larger jewelry box until later. All good BUT the finish is coming off! I am embarrassed that I gave these as gifts. It looks ugly sitting on my table now and I am going to have to replace it as it looks pitted and scratched. It did not receive unusual wear so I have to assume it is just poor quality.

GREAT FOR MEMORIES AND JEWELRY!
I purchased several of these to spell the name and nickname of my late husband. I keep both spellings on a dresser and chest of drawers, and they warm my heart every time I see them. I also keep jewelry in them. They don't take up a lot of space and still are great to store jewelry or anything of sentimental value.
