Jillian Michaels - Boot Camp Workout iFit Card-Level 4
This is card is exactly what its name implies---a card for someone who REALLY wants to go crazy! The first time I used it I thought I was going to die! She had me running 7 miles per hour, which is too fast for my 5'3 legs to go! I am in pretty good shape--not great--but running has never been my strength...so I have to take this easy...But I DO recommend this for an intense workout ONCE you have reached a lesser goal.
I am going to drop back to an easier card first...THEN I will come back to this one...but I am excited about being able to do it eventually...as it is I cannot finish the card :) This would be PERFECT for someone who is already in exceptional shape. I love it anyway :)
