Intensify your workout with this Pilates padded box set. The box rests on your AeroPilates Performer(TM) platform, allowing you to perform advanced workouts like the Long Box Series. It focuses on lying on the machine to target the abs. This equipment also enables you to do the Short Box Series, in which you sit on the machine with your feet hooked under the foot strap to work the abs. The pole provides a stabilizing support while performing standing exercises for the inner and outer thighs.

Great addition to workouts! I am new to Pilates, and my husband bought me the 5-cord machine and the stand etc...and as a beginner...the DVD workout has me standing up tall on the machine. With the machine on the stand, it is SO helpful at times to have the pole for added support. I know that as I gain strength I will begin using the box and pole for a more advanced and fun workout, so I am looking forward to that. I was amazed at the quality of the pole and the box. They are both extremely well made....the box is nicely padded and has handles on the sides so it is very easy to move around, and the pole is lightweight , but has the best grips on top and bottom so that even on my carpeted floor it gives sturdy support. I would recommend this for sure to anyone....even beginners like me! 01-16-13
Must-have accessory for your machine The box is a great addition to your Pilates machine. It lets you do many more exercises. You can lie on your stomach in order to work your back muscles. I like to sit on it to be in a more comfortable position for arm exercises. It comes with a foot strap so that you can hook your feet under it and do abdominal exercises. It lets you add so much to your repertoire and get more use out of your machine. It's nice and sturdy and well-padded, it doesn't feel flimsy at all. If you love using your performer, get the box! 03-25-12
Gives me mpre options Just received this a few days ago and am very pleased with this purchase. It gives me an opportunity to extend my range on my 3-cord reformer. Glad to have the pole as well. DVD is informative though I wish there was a DVD that incorporated the box with an entire workout (hint, hint). 04-07-11
Adds another dimension to my Pilates machine! I saw this being demonstrated on QVC---now I have it, and I love the elevation and exercises I can do with it. The bar is just wonderful, it can be lengthended, and is great for stretching and balance. It is light, well made, and has handles. I also purchased the stand for my machine, and I love the whole combo!!! 02-08-10
