Good Book Beautifully illustrated. Looking forward to using it. Our smoker was missing a few parts and waiting on them to come in to use the booklet. 05-13-13
cook book this book is great. my wife brings food to work with her and lets her co-workers try it now I have to cook for everyone. It's not fair but that tells you how good the recipes are great job. 05-12-13
Dadgum That's Good, Too. Disappointment in this cookbook, thought I was getting all recipes for cooking in my outside Smoker. I was not interested his family or the pictures of family, it took up space for more recipes and/or pictures of recipes. I will try to find another cookbook that deals with Smokers. 05-02-13
Excellent We just received it so have only used it once to make ribs....we followed recipe for baby back in the Dadgum That's Good, cookbook and they we beyond fall of the bone deliciouse.....the smoker is an excellent product and we are excited to make many many more recipes in the smoker and from the cookbook 03-04-13
Not Enough Recipes We are very disappointed in this cookbook! Too much family history and pictures!! Who really cares? We purchased for lots of smoker recipes, since that's what we thought it was. We found lots of smoker recipes online. Save your money and the shipping!!! 02-17-13
A true how to book As someone who has limited cooking skills, this cook book has upped my cooking pleasure.Great recipes that provide awseome results. 02-12-13
Great cookbook Loved this book. Great recipes and the family stories give it an extra boost ! Feels more like reading an old family recipe than a cookbook. 02-04-13
Great Book My husband is one of the wonderful guys who likes to cook and I am a lucky wife! This cookbook has made both of us very happy ! 01-27-13
Dadgum Thats Good Too This is a very good and infomative book. Just bought a Materbuilt Smoker and this book has alot of good recipies. Just tried the injected pork shoulder and it was awesome. 01-21-13
Awesome!! This book contains recipes we've been waiting for...how to make beef jerky and how to smoke a turkey! We love our smoker. With the help of these cookbooks, everything we've tried has turned out delicious! 01-21-13
Returned already. I agree...too many pictures of strangers, not enough DIFFERENT recipes. 01-21-13
Good Cookbook We bought one of the Masterbuilt smokers and so far we love it. I then ordered this book for some recipes and ideas for the smoker. I have tried the smoked asparagus and one of the brisket recipes. Loved them both. The recipes are easy to follow, but I would like to see more info. on setting up the smoker. Like witch rack to place the food on, do you place it directly on the rack or in a pan or a drip pan below? Also what options for the water bowl ? water, apple juice, etc.. Would also be nice to see a choice of woods for each recipe (not just one wood) and what the difference might be in taste. I enjoyed reading the history of Master built, but agree the personal stories seem to clutter the book. 01-14-13
