simple but good
while these recipes may not be challenging for the more experienced cook, they are however great if you want something that is simple yet tasty. Having worked all day and coming home to a hungry family I don't have alot of time to make dinner. I find this cookbook great for my busy week nights. I have tried a few of the recipes and my family and I love the ones we have already tried. I look forward to trying the rest.

not very good
I was very disappointed in this cookbook. Wish I had not ordered it. I have ordered many cookbooks from QVC & was always pleased, but not this one.

GREAT & EASY COOKBOOK
Love this cookbook!!!!! The recipes are not complicated and don't require a lot of ingredients. Also love the many pictures of the recipes. The fact that you can lay the book flat is really a plus. I have already made a few of the recipes and they were really easy and good. I believe that I will be using this cookbook a lot in the future. Only thing I would change is I would like to see more recipes for Pork espeically pork chops.

Not for Me!!!!
I gave the one star for the quality of the book cover. In the entire book, there were 2 of 3 recipes I would make. I was very disappointed in the book.

Not What I Expected
Of all the recipes, there are maybe 3 I might try. Noticed that most of the recipes have only one Favorite Brand item. I really was expecting to have more per recipes. Most of these recipes are old ones that I already have and the new ones, not so interesting. Will be returning today. I must say though that it is a lovely book. Nice photos and would make a nice gift for a new cook.

A major disappointment
Uninspiring and uninspired recipes, for the most part. Use of the "brand" names doesn't add anything to the recipes at all, or make them special or faster to prepare, as I'd expected. Book is lovely to look at, and the spiral-bound format is nice, but not enough to make up for the boring recipes. Will probably return it. Just like the previous reviewer, I, too, have kept cookbooks I didn't like, but not anymore. Just too wasteful of my limited money.

Some new, some old
Received this yesterday and am returning it today. It's a nice looking cookbook but was not impressed with the recipes at all. The dessert section was good, but I already have some of those recipes. This might be good for a shower gift for the brand new cook. Really wish they would give a listing of all the recipes - like they do on music tracks - when these are on the air. Now I'm out the shipping cost to return. Have ordered cookbooks before and kept them, will not do that anymore.
