Bringing the South to Southern California
I love this book Paula Deen's Southern Cooking Bible is an amazing must have for anyone who lives in the south, has lived and doesn't anymore and/or appreciates southern cuisine. It inspired my menu for my most recent party the a southern luncheon theme. I used to live in Tennessee for a long time and I have missed the food out here in Southern California, but we are able to get back to the south with Paula's help! I also love the fact everything in terms of ingredients can be found anywhere. Also the recipes are easy to modify if you don't want them as sweet or want them more spicy!

I love you Paula Dean. Keep up the great cookbooks! This book is Fabulous! This Book would be a great gift to anyone!

Get This One - Y'All
Amazing book. Great recipes from a great Southern lady. The recipes are simple, downhome, country goodness. Easy ingredients as well as deatailed, easy instructions. What a joy to read. This is more than a cookbook, it is a history book of the deep south and how Southern cooking came to be what it is and why it is so important to the South. It reads like an engaging novel all the while enticing you into the tempting recipes. Kudos to Paula for this brilliant piece of American culture. FYI...I am a diabetic, and I have found that many of Paula's recipes will be fine to include in a well balanced diet.

Paula Deen Cook Book
OMG Paula has done it again!!!! We have read this book from cover to cover, and plan to use many of her receipes when we build our menu for our new restaurant we hope to open in the next 18 months. I'm sure the food will be a hit, Paula's receipes are the best!!! Thank you Paula for your inspiration!!!

Love this cookbook!
I have only had my cookbook for a week but have already made 3 different recipes. Very easy to read and I really like the footnotes. I will be buying this cookbook as gifts for friends and family.

Get Cookin'!
I got this for my mom for Christmas – she loved it & couldn’t wait to look thru it. She unwrapped it & immediately started going thru it. Great gift!

Home run!
I tend to collect cookbooks and I'm a southern cook as well. She actually has ingrediants that you can identify! I get so aggravated when I see a great looking recipe and then read the ingrediants and I'm clueless as to what they are. This is simple language and a little story with each. Paula is someone you expect to see over your fence hanging laundry on the line. Home grown as you will ever get. I love her products, and I love her.
