I thought with nutritional information they would include the sugar grams. My husband is a diabetic and that information is important. Unfortunately, sending back.

This book deserves a gold medal instead of stars... Everything, recipe, picture and layout is well thought of. I have purchased five cook books in 2016 and to be honest, this is the best cookbook ever.... Thank you Chris.

Very good recipes - easy, and so beautifully displayed. And the nice thing is all the ingredients are things that are handy in my kitchen. The recipes are ones that I would serve to me and my husband, not just special occasions or when company comes.
Also, and this is a biggie for me -- the print is so nice and big!! I do not have to strain my old eyes to read the recipes. It's layed out very nicely -- so pleased with this, and am looking forward to making some wise choices based on this!!

I love this cookbook. It has a lot of great recipes. Combine with the 10 lb slimdown workout for great success.

I'm returning this as I thought it would have more grill recipes. It's okay if you do not already have several cookbooks of this caliber.

Love the Lentil Salad recipe, the Pasta Rustico with turkey sausage, & Mediterranean chicken with veg, to name a few. I sometimes add extra seasonings, but that's a matter of taste. Overall, I refer to this cookbook often because the recipes are healthy & the ingredients can be found at any grocery store.
