My bag came with no defects, all wheels intact. It is rolling very well on carpet , on my tiled kitchen floor, and outside on the driveway. I have had the other parts to this set of luggage for several years now. They have traveled very well, and still look great, despite very rough handling that I actually saw at airports, and once by cruise ship personnel. And, even by myself on occasional occassions. The only thing I will say negative about the larger cases in this luggage set, is due to the ( what I think is very needed ) support frame to support the wheels, the bigger pieces are heavier pieces of luggage. But, I can see why, and it is worth it for the convenience of these type of wheels that move so easily, and all the different directions. I simply do the curbside check in at airport, and I don't have to mess with the bigger pieces till I reach my destination. I have the other carry-on bag without wheels, that you carry over your shoulder, and I must say, it is pretty heavy. Holds a lot, and I filled it up every time. I can tell this one does not hold near as much, but I think that is a good thing...lol...but I will probably fill it with as much as it will hold including laptop in very well padded area built for it, and will be very happy for those wheels!! Functional And Stylin
This bag really fits under the seat on airplanes. Packs perfectly and looks great! Lots of compliments from other female travelers. Hard to find but worth the search!

Waste of money
I bought this set of luggage for my daughter last year. She used it on one trip, the wheels held up but it came back looking like it was dragged around which it wasn't since we were only 120 miles from home and she takes get pride in her belongings. The corners and creases immediately started to crack and tear. Not sure what the ten year warranty covers but I am pretty sure this would not be covered. Looks very nice, the colour is beautiful but that would be the only star it deserves.

not good
Got this bag for a trip to uk long haul flight .The bag does not really hold lot .It was great going out ,but was under the impression it would fit under seat on plane but the seat I had it would not go under , so put it in the overhead .It does glide well along the aisles of the plane and airport .I had to leave it behind as had too much stuff coming back and bought a bigger carry on bag ,so would recommend if you need a small bag .I did take it also on a long train trip and was fine for a weekend .

Garbage
I cannot believe how disappointed i am with this luggage. I dont have this piece but the larger suitcase and duffel bag that match this one. The only positive is the color is gorgeous. I used both of my bags for the first time last week and boy do i wish i could return these. When my bags arrived in Ft Lauderdale the rolling bag was missing a wheel, had 2 spots where the coloring came off and a hole. I was shocked that this happened, missing a wheel made it very difficult to carry this bag around. When i arrived for my cruise i checked both bags in and when they got to my cabin the duffel bag had a hole. This is the poorest quality product i have ever received from QVC. Unfortunately i bought these last year so i cannot return them. I do however plan to call QVC to make sure they know what junk this product is. Stay far away.

Love This
I have had this bag in the Green for a few years now. It has accompanied me on several trips. It is so handy. Holds quite a bit. Is organized. No zipper problems or anything else. Rolls well. Fits right down airplane aisles. The material resists smudges and dirs. I love it. I gave the red one to my niece as a high school graduation gift.

love the bag, but disappointed with the wheels
i really like this bag because I could place my drivers license and boarding pass in the front pocket, and my purse in the main section. The negative is the wheels don't always go straight when pushing it forward and pulling it behind. The swivel wheels work.. I loved that it fit under the seat. It won't be checked. so I won't have to worry about the wheels breaking. I did buy the larger pieces, so I hope the wheels hold up. I am willing to put up with the finicky wheels because of the other features.

Do not buy
I purchased this tote because it matched Kathy Van Zeeland luggage I already own. The first tote I received had a flaw and as other reviewers said the telescoping handle did not work so I returned it. QVC was prompt in replacing. the tote. The second one I received does not have any flaws but the telescoping handle is horrible. It does not lock properly in all positions and you have to jerk it up and down to get it to lock. The handle when extended is wiggly and it is hard to control the tote when it is moving because the handle bends and is not rigid like it should be when extended.
I am going to keep it because it a beautiful tote it matches perfectly with my other luggage and will just deal with the problem with the handle. I do not recommend to buy.

Nice Look, Poor Quality
I bought several pieces of this luggage several months ago for upcoming business travel. This past week was the very first time I used my large suitcase and roller duffle. With routine handling in and out of a cab for my roller duffle, and checked in baggage on the airline for my large suitcase: both pieces are ruined. The corners are torn on the suitcase, and scuff marks took color off both pieces leaving large white marks on the face and back of the suitcase, and on the duffle in several places. This is ridiculous for the price I paid for four pieces. I would really like someone from QVC or K. VanZeeland to reach out and help reimburse me; either by crediting my account or replacing these pieces with something that will withstand routine travel wear and tear. Two pieces are brand new, and trust, me I won't be using them.

Love the look, sad about performance
First I want to say, I love the looks of this luggage! I purchased the complete set for an all girl trip this summer, I had endless compliments on it, even guys thought it was cool. I am so happy it survived my trip to the islands, but sad to say that when we returned & I went to retrieve it from the luggage carosel one wheel foundation was broken out and the other smashed beyond use. Thank goodness the baggage porter was there to help me otherwise this being the largest bag of the collection would of been impossible for me to handle along with my two smaller pieces. Of course when I went to Delta to ask for repair I was told, " they don't cover wheel damage", now what am I to do, just shelve my other pieces or purchase another large bag?
I had read the reviews on this product before purchasing and didn't heed some of the warnings about the plastic wheels being a big issue, my bad, now I'm paying for going with my heart instead of my head! Any suggestions for repair would be appreciated.

Problem
I purchased this because it matched luggage that I purchased a few months back. Unfortunately I did not travel in time to send it back. The telescoping handle does not work right. It is hard to pull up and you have to keep pushing it down and back up. It does not lock in place. It was a real pain to deal with. Very, very xissapointed.

Best carry one ever.
I bought this one as fast as I could after seeing it to complete my set. You need to see it to appreciate it. Perfect for taking your computer onboard. Has a "protected" area to keep it safe. I love to travel and I will really get alot of use out of this.
