I AM AMAZED I was not sure I would use this. I got a treadmill and sold it a year later because I never used it. BUT THIS little machine is fun and works. My entire body has begun to transform, Not just my abs but my shoulder and back and arms., It is simply awesome and I would buy again. 03-14-13

I LOVE IT!!! I didn't put it together when it first arrived because I thought it would be too difficult, but after reading a couple of the reviews, I decided to give it a try. It didn't take nearly as long as I imagined nor was it hard to do. I have used it every day since I got it and I absolutely love it. It's not nearly as easy to do the moves as I thought it would be, but I think it'll be more than worth it. 01-22-13

Super exerciser Absolutely love the Ab Coaster. Just ordered number 4. What! You Say? Number 4? why 4? Well it's like this each time one of my children came over when I got one and they worked out on it they kind of hinted, like Hey Dad would you mind if I took this home with me? Also my grand daughter loves it and at 10 years of age does like 100 reps on it with an additional 20#s added to it. Phenominal wouldn't you say? She says it helps her with her karate. I am now lucky no more daughters left to come by and take mine home, they all have one of their own. Thanks Dad!!!!! :~) Ohhh By the way Dad-Grandpa is 72 years of age! 01-14-13

Ab Burner 30 min on a tread mill then 200 on the ab coaster and in one week i have already lost 4 lbs. This thing will never be used as a cloth rack! I am 50 years old and i does not hurt my back. Great purchase! 12-22-12

picky exercise equipment collector It took me 3 months to decide whether I wanted to spend money on this ab coaster. With the free shipping, I could not pass up the opportunity to check it out. Now that I have it, I am so glad I made the right decision. It arrived quickly. It was super easy to put together, which was my biggest fear. I work on it daily and have been building up repetitions and at first, it hurt so good. Now I feel good and have already noticed a difference. The ab coaster came wtih a meal planning guide and dvd's..everything you need to get your started. I am still impressed and glad I was smart enough to finally make the purchase. 10-19-12

Best Thing Ever I just got my Ab Coaster in today and it was super easy to put together it took about 45 minutes to put it together only bc I did it myself. Can't wait to work out on it tomorrow. I'll report more once I've given it a true run through. 10-09-12

Ab coaster was duped I bought the Ab Coaster when it was a TSV. It claimed it was like the ones in the gym, well that was not true. I belong to Gold's Gym and they have an Ab Coaster which looks nothing like the one you sell. It is not gym quality the decals curled up not sticking to the machine. I had I know this I would not have bought this. Not at all gym quality no way near it 10-01-12
