F08736 - Kim Kardashian's Fit in Your Jeans by Friday 3 DVD Collection
Not for everyone
This is terrible. It's not good for begginners. She dosen't show the foot work or slows down enough to explain. She should do what she does best being a celebrity and leave the real trainers to train. She acts like if she was in the gym excersing on her own. On the other hand if you are familiar with the foot work this would defenitely work for you. Orther wise you would be consistently rewinding the tape and who has time for that. It's going back!!!
I am really overweight and I love these DVD. I tried the cardio step and I agree they need to show the footwork more but I tried it and had to stop and watch closely. After doing it over and over and sometimes just sitting there watching her, I finally got the routine and can do the DVD. You may not get the footwork the first time but keep using it you will get it. Also if you are not in shape like me don't let that scare you off, you can do this and see results.
I liked it a lot!!!!
I am a workout DVD Girl!!! My main ones I have done are the Biggest Loser series and Leslie Sansonne's Walk Away the Pounds series. I have only tried two of these, the Butt workout and the Abs workout, and I really like both of them. The trainer is awesome!!!! She is motivating and she gives good explanations of the moves. I have been using them for about 2 weeks and I am already seeing some toning. If you want major fast results, this is not the DVD set for you. I agree with the other reviews that they should show more of the foot work, but it does not hinder me since I am not a beginner. For anyone that has weights, but not a step, I use it without the step and I still get a good burn. As for Kim, she is just being "Kim" on the DVD. She is still prissy, but she does work out in her own prissy way,and she does try to motivate you to do the moves. Its a keeper for me!!!
This is the worst DVD...ever!! The queing is way off, you can't see the entire body so you don't have a clue what position your feet should be and Kim keeps talking over the instructor. Awfull!!!!
maybe for beginners.
Maybe it's because I'm used to working out, but I didn't feel anything.
Since I just mostly do cardio I was hoping to get toned, but I don't think these workouts
will deliver results.
Kim needs more training before she makes her next workout DVDs.
This is a great workout. There are some great moves for your legs and butt. These are all the moves you need to tone up your lower body.
I like that Kim is doing the exercises and it isnt some high energy trainer just doing the workout. I have been working out at the gym with the usual elliptical and treadmill and weight machines for awhile now. These exercises gave me a good challenge. Kim will tell you when she feels the burn and the trainer cues her to the correct posture. I like the cues as we all know you can perform exercises incorrectly.
This includes all the lunges, squats, balance, core, and butt exercises. I look forward to the day I can do the entire workout.
Don't waste your money.........
Didn't feel it was a good work out for the money.. Kim is just looking good pretending to work out....The camera does'nt follow the footsteps of the trainer, and Kim does'nt seem to know how to do the steps...Sent it back!
Her Trainer is Awesome!!!
The instructing or should I say “cueing” of the step aerobic section was annoying. I couldn’t enjoy myself enough to actullay get a good workout. The strength training DVD’s were okay. Overall, these workouts are not for me.
I really enjoy these I have been doing them everyday for about a week and I can see and feel the results already. The step one is a little tricky if you are new to using a step. Otherwise it just takes practise. I think Kim is really helpful on the DVD's with the trainer. I was worried about the other reviews and am glad I ordered these because they are fun! I do not get bored and the workout time goes by fast. I work up a good sweat which is greatd for me since I do not sweat at all which is not good when you are working out. I read somewhere that you need to break a sweat once a day which will happen when you work out with Kim.So try these ,summer is coming and everyone can use some firming up. I like that they also use some yogo poses in the workouts.
I was skeptical due to the previous reviews, however, wanted to try the product for myself.....I have gotten a very good workout.....the step dvd is quick, however, I already knew most of the moves so it was not hard to keep up.......If you have taken step aerobics in the past this will not be hard to keep up with! The other DVD's used exercises that have been used in the past ....... and WORK!! Her inexperience shows, however, I realized that before I purchased the product........I was glad to see her personal trainer with her and also instructing.......Overall rating pretty good!!!
Not for me
I only tried the dvd with the stepper (using the curved one I already had) - it was too fast & Not enough instruction. Sent them back.
I am sending this back. Very poor quality with Kim as an excersise instructor. Did not know that I needed extra equipment before ordering, like weights and stepper. Not a good deal for me. I am not motivated by her in any way. Sorry
