This little miracle works. Dont be put off . Is great for core and stretching and I ordered with pilates machine and still find this an excellent additiion or single use. It really helps!!!

WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!
i have fibromyalgia and, of course, I was concerned if I would be able to use it; but, not to worry, it worked beautifully. I feel so good after I use it. Best purchase ever. I gain weight through my top rather than legs, and this gets all the muscles I have been so concerned about.

My Fave Workout
LOVE IT ALOT!!! Would recommended this product highly. The only WISH I have is that I wish I had more workout moves and had a quick reference guide. Do this workout everywhere and anytime, I can see the difference! I do this in conjunction to Zumba Exhilarate!

Great Product
Although, I've worked out with other pilates DVDs prior to receiving this, this really works you! I've had this about a month, and I use this at least 3-4 times a week, and I already see results! I always feel so much better after pilates, it relieves me of a lot of stress, and I feel much better inside, and out. :0)

A Big Wow
I received this a couple of days ago. When I took it out of the box I thought it didn't seem heavy enough to work., boy was I wrong. This is a fantastic product. I could feel it working my muscles. I was amazed how it worked your neck muscles. Great for all over body toning. The DVD is set up in sections so you can use it standing, on a mat or on your machine. Thanks Marjalynn (spelling?) for the great workout.
