FIRST OFF, ITS HEAVY AND DOESNT STAY COLD LONG ENOUGH. I REALLY WASTED MY MONEY WHEN I BOUGHT THIS, I USE A FEW OF THE ITEMS AND USE THE BIG ONES FOR DOOR STOP'S... SORRY I WASTED MY MONEY...

Filled with BUGS!!
Ordered this for my daughter for Christmas and when she finally opened it on 12/29 to use it, she thought just some of the herbs were falling out. But when she looked closer, they were moving! It was filled with bugs! Whatever ever herbs are in this must be really yummy! She through everything in a garbage bag and tied it up tightly. I contacted CS and thanks to QVC's great customer service, I was issued a refund and was told to just throw the bug infested bag away. 1 Star for the item and 5 stars for CS!

Excellent Christmas Gift
I had added this to my QVC wish list and my 9yr old with the help of my husband picked out this gift for me. I am excited to get it. It's a gift that can be used by the whole family. Very excited to receive it.

So-So Product
It started off really good and then it almost started a fire in my microwave. I ended up having to throw out the one piece and now I'm afraid to even put these in the microwave. My advice, get a heating pad and call it a day.

Good value
All of the pieces hold heat for the specified amount of time. The one for the eyes is good cold if you have a sinus headache. I ordered this set at the clearance price and you can't beat the value. I originally purchased a small one at the mall for the price I paid for all 4 pieces here. The buckle is hard to open on mine as well, but my husband is able to get it open for me.

But I'm glad I read the reviews before I gave it as a gift. I tried the buckle, and there is no way it will open. I will have to return it.

I really like this
I haven't used all the pieces........only the neck wrap. It's weighty enough that when warmed to provide pain relief for my neck. Convenient enough to take to work to use when my neck starts hurting. That piece alone is worth the price. Lots of smells bother me but the combination of these herbs is very nice.

Very Soothing:-)
I bought this when it was a lunch time special for a great deal and I wish I had purchased two of them. Works great and the herbs give off a nice smell. The packs do not stay hot for long but work at soothing tired achy muscles, aches and pains.

Good deal for the money
After reading the reviews, I decided to order anyway. I did not have problems with the buckle and it holds heat for a decent amount of time. I am glad I purchased it.

Can't use all pieces
I am glad to read that it is not just me who couldn't get the buckle open on the back strap. My fingers are sore from trying. But I really like the neck wrap and the peppermint pack. I cool the peppermint pack for when I have a headache. The neck wrap helps after a stressful day at school. I keep the eye patch in my suitcase for when we travel and the room is not dark enough. I don't reallly care for the scent but that is just my preference. Sure wish I could use the back strap, though.

relaxing!!!
i had a very bad headache and used the eye pad and the shoulder wrap that i warmed up in the microwave.....omgsh!!!!!! my headache went away and i fell asleep drooling...that was the best sleep i had in a long long time..thank you
