Great laptop. This laptop is fast and easy to you. I do wish, however, that an A-Z start-up direction sheet would come with the laptop as to what steps you need to do to make sure you set up and getting the best advantages out of your new computer when you take it out of the box. This is something I think should be a must with all computer sales, an A-Z start up somple guide. 07-07-12

DELL PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THIS LAPTOP IS GOOD HOWEVER I THINK DELL COULD OF WENT THE EXTRA STEP AND ADDED A BACKLIGHT ON THE KEYBOARD... VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE AT NIGHT... ALSO YOU ARE NOT GETTING A FULL VERISON OF MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010 IT IS ONLY A TRIAL RUN... OTHER THAN THAT IT IS A NICE ONE. I WOULD NOT OF BOUGHT IT BUT I WILL DEAL WITH THIS ONE... Love, Love It!!! I just purchased this computer for home and for work from school. I have a Dell computer that the school allows teachers to use and this one is so much faster and stores more than I will probably ever use in a lifetime. Love the screen size and the keyboard is much easier to use than compared to my school Dell. I am giving the school back their laptop and will only be using this one from now on. Definitely worth the money! Absolutely love it!!! 07-01-12

Keyboard problems I hate shipping things back with a passion. But this keyboard causes the cursor to jump around erratically. Just terrible and I have been typing my whole life, a long time. 06-27-12

Recommended Laptop I've used this Dell Laptop for about a month with no problems. It boots quickly and shuts down quickly. It has a 1T hard drive which is more than enough space for anything I would need. It did not come loaded with a lot of bloatware, although I did uninstall a few things I don't use like Bing and McAfee. That is a simple process. Initial setup was simple. My only complaint is that the letters on the keys are more of an off-white or light grey color which does not contrast well with the overall black of the keyboard. I have vision issues and seem to need extra light shining over the computer to see the keys as well as I want to. I do wish this computer came with a backlighted keyboard. Overall, it has served me well and I anticipate no problems. I recommend it. 06-25-12

Bought 2 We love this computer! My Husband bought me this computer ( mine has less RAM and smaller HD) back in Sept,2011 and He recently purchased This one on your 5 easy pay day (you should have more of these) Both computers are lightning fast, and we absolutely love them, I have reccomended this computer to friends and family!!!! 06-25-12

So Far So Awesome I got this and turned on and was impressed from the start. As with anything you buy you have to get rid of bloat ware. After that and doing all updates it has ran great. I logged into WOW and no problems at all. Tried Diablo 3 same thing no problems. I love the screen, love the keyboard it has a number pad. And the sound is great to. 06-15-12

Happy Feet Dance I wish you could see me doing my little dance. My first laptop was a Dell. It died on me while I was living in The Netherlands and I purchased a different brand 2 years ago. While visiting my mom, you had Dell month. I order this on May 31 and on June 8, it was here. The other laptop is on holiday and I am using this speed demon now. The free software...what can I say. Now using it to order Kitchenaid mixer also on 5 pay. Thank you QVC. 06-11-12
