terrible company in on;y 9-10 months of having this computer it stopped pulling up the internet or any other page including microsoft word, the computer would not turn off at the start menu as normal , i had to take the battery out each time i wanted to shut it down, and when trying to pull up the internet through firefox nothing would come up and i have wi-fi. when calling dell on easter and told them of what was going on with the computer the dell technician never connected to the system and said it sounded as a hardware issue, which i knew it was for a bracket fell out of the system. After sending the computer back me and my wife kept getting a run around on the phone and they wanted to charge us over 300 dollars to fix it then went down to 158 then to 179.00 telling me that the lcd was warped and that liquid spelt on the computer. If that would of happed it would never of even started. Now dell is sending the computer back to me without fixing it, I told QVC about it and now there is an investigation going on that the supervisors of QVC are doing now. I do not blame QVC for this but Dell and i will never buy another dell computer as long as i live. I suggest to make sure to get both hardware and software coverage on the next computer you buy. 04-12-13

Switch Plate The switchplate I received did not fit the laptop at all. Only complaint! 10-16-12

Horrible Experiences I purchased this laptop when my previous now broke. Within 2 weeks of receiving it, I had issues. I sent it to Dell,3x to be serviced then had a tech come out still not resolving the issue Dell eventually sent a new one but NOT the same one purchased a cheaper one that retails for $300 less than what I paid from qvc 09-02-12

I love my new Dell 15.6" lapyop. This is pretty much everything that I wanted in a laptop. It is not loaded with junk software but has some that has been very useful. The laptop is fast, easy to set-up and use even for someone that is going from Windows XP to Windows 7. This is my first experence with Dell and so far I am happy with their product as it seems to be everything as advertised. I've enjoyed it and would recommend this Dell to any of my family and friends. 04-15-12

Best Purchase Ever This was a great purchase and it was a speedy delivery. And if you choose purple its an interchangeable lid and it comes with a black one. I m really enjoying my new laptop its fun and real easy to use. Its user friendly and I love it and use it everyday. If thinking about getting one go ahead and get one and pick the purple lid its the most expensive one to buy in store and from dell online. This laptop has everything you need webcam, windows 7 extra numbers keyboard, and interchangeable lids that you can purchase from delll directly or from your local besy buy store. Again this is a great product from dell I would recommend thos to friends and family. 04-04-12

Lid color very confusing I've had this computer for a few weeks now and I love it. However, the color you order will probably be an issue. I think you are sent a black one no matter what color you order, and then a week or two later you are sent the lid in the color you ordered. They are the switch lids. This should be explained in the item listing. I went ahead and bought myself a switch lid when the wrong color (black) was sent, and then a few weeks later the purple one (that I ordered) came in the mail. This is a really weird way to do business QVC and Dell. 04-01-12

Not sure if I will Purchase from QVC again I purchased this device for my sons 10th birthday and he was thrilled. I have only had it for 2 weeks and something fishy started happening. On the start up it would start running test and I remember my older laptop did the same and then wouldn't work anymore. I ran a pc check and found one of the drivers was damaged. I contacted dell and was told the hard drive would have to be replaced. Mind you the pc is only 2 weeks old. I am happy I don't have to pay for it but to go through this with a brand new pc is annoying. I do not know who to blame since QVC is only the retailer and Dell is the maker. 03-26-12

Great Computer! Dell has come through again! This is a great computer! I have only purchased the desktop computers in the past and decided on a laptop and I love this one!
