supply you with a link to receive a more detailed documentation.

very very happy
i got this on thur. the 20th of sept. 2012. at first i was not a happy camper! then after calling samsung and google. i looked on the back of the tablet and there was a phone no. to call if there was a problem.......... it wouldn't download apps! and the message kept coming up google play store has stopped. this came up more times than i want to count. But after i call the service no. on the back of the tablet, now i have a great tablet that i'm very happy with. they gave me step by step instructions and with the downloads its like a new 10.0 downloading is great and loving it (with it a refub tablet). i would buy it again. even with the problems that r so far all gone.

Good deal
Got this tablet for my 18 year old son to carry to college. Was a little worried about getting a refurb item but he has had zero problems with it so far. Most of the apps run well and just as fast as the apps on my ipad2. He let me play with it a few times and there is very little difference between the Samsung and the apple as far as speed or screen brightness. In fact I am going to order another referb Samsung this one for myself.

Love My Tablet
I recently brought this tablet and have not been sorry about my purchase. Our family computer died and we have been using the tablet for school work and such. I am very, very happy. The only thing I wish is that it came with a cover.

Super tablet
I ordered this tablet after the one i gave my wife for christimas ( Dell Streak 7) stopped working. I decided to give this one I try. and I couldnt be happier!! My wife loves it much better screen and it runs smoother!

You better think about it!
I recieved this on dec.30 was so excited to get it,I got it opened it up ,set it up,played with it for awhile downloaded some apps had to leave came back a few hrs. later was playing around with it was trying to install a app a message box kept popping up it wouldn't let me install shut it down and went to turn back on and wouldn't turn on at all for like 30min.was messing with it the refurb place was closed called them so then called samsung was on phone with her for 30 min she couldn't get it up and running said I had to send it to samsung to repair and the seriel # was not their # so have to send back to qvc! it was the first and last time I buy a refurb :( and what little bit of time I did get to play arund with it,it was fun so I guess if your gonna pay big money for one should get a new one.
